So we got on a call. I spoke with two people both sounding very Slavic in terms of the accent. I spoke with Daniel Len first. He was a young and not very knowledgeable person. Everything was good at the start, however when I was about to invest I saw Russian RUB as a currency. They told me the company is based in Switzerland and that is why they don't need to be regulated by the FCA if they want to work with me, I'm a UK citizen, they need to be regulated by law. He had no idea how regulation worked so he kindly transfered the call to someone else. When the second person picked up they started talking on and on about a problem with my transaction. I kindly told them that there is no problem, however they continued speaking. I told them that is not my problem and that I am interested to find out the registration number they have with any real regulatory authority, cince according to the law they need to be regulated to be able to legally practice. When I confronted the agent he started yelling and swearing. Told me I am not serious and made a not so good attempt to seem witty then hung up the phone. Unreliable, unprofessional, extremely untrustworthy and to top it off illegally ran.
