Masterclass in poor service

Don't reply to emails, send mobile numbers that don't take calls and have a general number no one answers. Overall, a masterclass in poor service.

The software in itself is excellent but…

The software in itself is excellent but what has set them apart is the level of service. Dan has been excellent in helping me with every aspect I have asked for and is there whenever I’ve needed help. A credit to your company. Thank you Dan.

Took us a bit of an effort to setup... but end result is totally worth it!

Took us a bit of an effort to setup, tune and integrate with our CRM, but oh boy... the end result just outweighs all the time invested in learning, setting it up and integrating with our CRM. API library is by far the most extensive I have ever seen - you can literally build entire inventory management business just by talking to them over APIs. Service that they provide is pretty unique in its nature - mobile app to capture tones of pictures and comments, web-app to review reports, storage to store all those reports for compliance, calendar, filters, templates... I am so glad we have such service as a SaaS, taking all that headache away from us and letting us focus on what's really important - taking loads of pictures and managing inventories and maintenance work for our clients. Amazing!

Fantastic service

Just finished a course on the InventoryBase academy and wow, cant recommend enough! Goes into extensive detail about everything you need to know if you are looking to get into that profession whilst also taking a deep dive into the software itself. Great value for money and really happy with the service I received.
