Tiffany F. was a godsend! 10+++ starts if I could give them. We were struggling with another service for over 3 months and getting nowhere because of bad or no communication. I made one call to Intoxalock. Tiffany walked me through the whole process over the phone and within days, she had our paperwork complete with the state. She was patient with my questions and responded to emails quickly.
Do not waste your time with other services!!
I cannot recommend Intoxalock enough thanks to Tiffany's customer service.

Intoxalock is the WROST company from customer services to the equipment. The people dont know what they are doing from installation to charging your account, they play games on the phone. It hard to get a person that I can understand and they refuse to get a supervisor and block you on email and social media messages and mess with your account. Don't ever use them!!

She also connected me with someone to search for the best auto insurance rates for my situation. The whole process of getting intoxalock scheduled to install on my car was extremely easy! Thank you.

I went there for a same day install…
I went there for a same day install spent two hours on the phone with your service nobody could figure out what's wrong until after two hours of being on hold push pushed around was never informed that it was going to have to take place another day because the box was assigned to somebody else along in the past it was a total freaking nightmare. Right now the portal doesn't work because I can't get a confirmation email so far as nothing has gone right

Made a misspell error on my email, due to that i couldn’t set up my account on time to realize he had also made a misspelling error on my DMV certificate on my last name, now that i got it fixed i still have not gotten it in the mail to be able to take it to the DMV and I cant get a hold of my agent
