Excellent Claim-management
I had a malfunction with a LED-Dimmer I bought 6 months ago. - Sent an email to Intoled. Got a quick answer and a link to a WhatsApp-conversation. There I sent a video showing the problem and in no time my complaint was accepted and they sent me a new item without me sending them the broken dimmer.
That's how it should be everywhere!! :-) **
