Great product but some issues with the order. Delivery took longer than expected. I first got the pump, then the inflatable car cover. I had to request for the missing parts (fans, side screens, filter & repair kit). they came within a week but I had to pay custom taxes... I had to rewire the fan and AC adapter because of plug mismatch. Anyway, the commercial team is prompt to answer but the whole process could be bettered

Easy set up, performs and looks great. Customer support excellent. Followed through with phone calls and emails. Highly recommend!

It’s easy to set up. Seems to be made out of pretty good material .early days we’ll see how it goes. is there switch available to slow the fans down a little bit?

I ordered this $3900 unit from Amazon, and there's no customer support when I open the damaged box to find the entire air support system and the supply hoses missing. Not sure what else is missing, but I've now got this gigantic useless piece of vinyl sitting in my driveway that was supposed to be a protection for my classic car I just brought home from my parents house over 1500 miles away. I'm LIVID that there's no immediate customer service - tried the phone number on their website @ 10:30am EST on 6/18/2024, and couldn't even make out the recording. And, the amazon people are useless and do not support this product at all when there's missing items.
Now, I'm out $3900 and expected to shell out the same again in order to reorder the same unit because they don't support this unit whatsoever.
I was supposed to be getting another classic car in the future, and will now plan on getting something else since there's no help with these units!

These guys handled the issue with the air pump and promised to send a replacement hose and adapter for one that was defective. Thanks guys.

Your support team is one of the best, if not the best I have dealt with in over fifty years of dealing with support teams! Congratulations on hiring fantastic people. They deserve a raise!

I purchased the In the Garage 18’ Ultimate Outdoor Car Shield inflatable car cover, which currently retails for $3,199 at IntheGarage.com.
The inflation pump had issues right out of the box causing it to continuously run, risking the pump overheating and cover bursting. The second replacement pump frequently failed to inflate when air pressure was low, resulting in multiple scratches when the deflated cover repeatedly scraped the car’s paint with wind movement.
Other shortcomings included insufficient air circulation and excessively trapped heat and humidity resulting in melted interior vehicle buttons and mold growth, as well as high difficulty with ingress and egress of vehicles due to floor support tubes preventing doors from fully opening.
The cover is made in Guangzhou, China, and similar covers can be purchased on Alibaba for $700. I have seen similar covers made by Car Capsule in person, which appeared to be noticeably better quality. My cover developed more than 12 holes in the PVC material within 1.5 years of light driveway use. Below are my attempts at getting the cover repaired within the 2 year warranty.
Attempt #1) I contacted the owner of the company when 2 small holes were present, requesting him to repair the holes. The owner suggested I purchase various glues and watch YouTube videos on how to repair PVC. His suggestions did not work despite multiple attempts using various glues and methods.
Attempt #2) After the previous suggestions failed, he requested I bring the heavy and cumbersome cover, which fills an entire pallet when deflated, to some local PVC boat repair shops he suggested. I reside in the most tropical state in the USA with a multitude of boat shops, yet none of his recommended shops could repair the cover.
Attempt #3) After this failed, the owner requested I ship the cover in for warranty repair. I asked for the phone number and address to ship to. The seller was unable to provide this, as he has zero physical support presence in the USA, nor does he have dedicated subcontractors he works with. Their website claims to have support in Knoxville, TN, but that turned out to be a warehousing service that stores and ships goods for a fee.
The owner eventually claimed to have located a shop in Los Angeles capable of performing the repair, or alternatively I could pay to ship the cover to his actual place of business in Europe. By this time, my car had already been sitting out in the sun and rain for 3+ months and I’d lost confidence in the seller’s ability or knowledge in repairing these covers. The last thing I wanted to do was to package the cover up and pay for shipping only to discover the next shop was unable to repair it, similar to shops local to me. I requested a refund of the purchase price as a final attempt at resolution, but the company owner refused.

Great customer service, and they returned my calls promptly. I purchased the outdoor model and it actually inflated in about five minutes. The inflatable colums and roof are sturdy and the structure appears well made, the included air pump is from a quality supplier. Have not yet hooked up the fans, overall I’m satisfied. Like alot of things time will tell.

Ordering was easy, but the order entry web site needs to be updated as I was unsure, about everything I ordered, if it was indeed in my cart. Fixing that would help the site a ton.
Saw this item at the Classic car show and was Well made with eyelets on the top which other makes didn't have
Was also keenly priced
Delivery was very quick also

I thought I'd leave this review until it's been in use for a month or so with with snow and rain. Comms were great as everyone has mentioned. The product itself is well made, the eyelets in the top are handy. I've bungeed them to the carport which makes getting the car in and out a lot easier, rather than having to roll it over the car. The only negative for me is that the fans are very loud. However, as mentioned above, you can use a £6 led light dimmer off amazon to reduce the fan speed. I got one with a remote so was able to play with the fan speeds to get the optimal balance between low noise and the bubble staying up. Car has stayed dry throughout. Would definitely recommend it
