Gator Football - Slightly disappointed
The binding is very poor and feels like it will fall apart easily. Actually, I wouldn't call it binding. The pages are glued to the book cover and it is a bit flimsy. I agree with another review that some of the pages are smeared. One cannot read all of the articles but mostly headlines. I am afraid to handle it too much before I give it as a gift, for fear of breaking it.

We are sorry to hear this.
We am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality of your order. The scans have been archived from original microfilms which are in black and white some of which are quite dated and can vary in quality. We do make every effort to ensure they are cleaned up prior to dispatch but we are very dependent on the scans available for each date which can be quite grainy/pixelated. It is only in recent years that full colour digital archives have been made available so the print technology may not be as good as a print from today.
As a gesture, we have applied a 10% discount to your order, which has been refunded to you, which we hope will help towards rectify your dissatisfaction.

I ordered this book for my lifelong friend Kenneth Merkitch as a present for his birthday on Nov 26, 2022. I received emails from you telling me the order was shipped and received in mid November however in speaking with my friend earlier today I was embarrassed to learn he never received the order. If you cannot deliver the order within the next week then I request a full refund of $73.49
