I needed a bladder insert for the lid. It didn’t fit when it got here. I called them up and told them they said send it back, which I did the second one fit perfectly.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience
It took months to get them to replace a leaking inflatable hot tub and pump unit. Sending partial replacement parts and failing to include the digital controller
I would never buy another product from this chinese ripoff company

Original liner was destroyed by heavy…

Original liner was destroyed by heavy winds during a hurricane after being setup. Didn’t get to enjoy it but 2 weeks. Called and bought one direct. Thought I’d get a better price considering. But I have enjoyed the replacement liner it helped me with rehab on my knee after surgery. Saved me from going to the VA.

Very Positive Warranty Claim Experience

I purchased an air mattress from Intex which developed a slow air leak. The mattress was still under the one year Limited Warranty. I called Intex to initiate a warranty claim. The whole process was easy, smooth, and expeditious. The customer service representative is professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took care of everything. My replacement air mattress was shipped out promptly. Overall, I am very happy with my air mattress warranty claim experience. Also, the Intex air mattresses are quite comfortable and big which is why I like them so much. You should definitely give the Intex air mattresses a look when shopping for an air mattress.

I love my portable spa

I love my portable spa. I built a nice gazebo around it. I use the spa every day. I had a failure in the control panel after about two years. I ordered a new one and got it right away fantastic product but I wish I got one just a little bit bigger it’s a great spa.

Faulty screw mechanism

Spent 10 minutes trying to get the pump in our queen mattress correctly. Apparently i screwed it in upside down when i finally did. So air was constantly coming back out. Now the pump was stuck and we had to hammer it out. Caused the bed to rupture. Just a terrible experience. Wont happen with any other airbeds we have like 5 we use for camping. 4 now. How sad. I'm sure its slighlty user error, but it used to just slide right in. Pretty sick they were made to break like this. Makes me sad for thinking I bought a worthwhile purchase i could use in a jam. Moral or the story, if You are bringing an intex, better bring 2...

New Cover Help

After a fair amount of confusion online, I wrote to Intex regarding a replacement cover. The rep helped me and gave me a customer service discount since I ruined my cover by mistake then offered to help me when it comes time to reinstall the new one. Great service.

Post Hip-replacement surgery

We purchased the twin air mattress for an upcoming hip-replacement surgery. In a short time a leak appeared. I contacted Intex explained the problem and showed proof of purchase. They reviewed the case and sent a new mattress. The mattress was perfect for post-surgery. OBTW I’m walking fine.

i wasnt happy with anyone when kept trying to make resend pics telling me do this and that when i knew what was rong with the pump, costumers should have the right to request anew bed with no hassels. thank you

Prompt and Helpful Customer Service

Make sure to have your proof of product purchase and delivery on hand, good pictures of the defect. Customer Service Representative was helpful, well informed of the repair/replacement process and was able to articulate what steps I needed to take to file and complete my claim. INTEX completed the claim very quickly. Thank you for your assistance.
