I have been using InterServer for almost 6 months now and have around 5 VPSs with them. I only faced one issue caused by the firewall on my VPS, and Sajan Samuel helped me resolve it quickly. The support team is responsive, helpful, and professional. Thanks Sajan and team!

I had a very disappointing experience with InterServer.
I paid for two separate accounts, but after requesting cancellation for only one of them, both accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed.
This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations.
I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.

Decent pricing, Support is Terrible
Constantly for the past few months over the span of around 30+ tickets we have constantly opened tickets to request a response -> one ticket at a time, we will ask request for the request to constantly get thrown mid ticket and derailing the issue at hand thus causing us to need to open another ticket to try to address the matter again.
We have been using GTHost / PebbleHost / OVH / And other providers and have less problems and better pricing, At first Interserver seemed to care but after attempting to build ontop of their platforms api they refuse to do any work to their api when requesting for the ability for simple DRY RUN calls to be added to be able to re-sell interserver servers, They will reply in a ticket after shortly skimming the first message of a week long ticket, then write something that has nothing todo with the real issue or question brought to their teams attention.
When telling mike via discord about matters, we stated we would be posting a bad review on trustpilot do to the way were being handled after months of the constant hasstle with their support responses.

moved from cloudrack dot ca & infinitehost dot ca to skyvps360 using mostly pebblehost / gthost / ovh and added you guys we over time had decent coms over tickets no issues and started even almost feeling like a partnering upstream well communicating via tickets then at some point about 4 months back tickets were getting handled badley and id get one staff then another who wouldnt bother to read the full ticket then skim it and reply thus de-railing the ticket causing the ticket to go no where afterwards

handle people better
working a datacenter and or provider selling servers should have a team that can handle infrastructure mangment properly

Name mismatch happens quite a bit where we have one name but mike as the signature causing our team issues with knowing who is who and whos really dealing with tickets this isnt the only ticket we have this in.
the issue is our sales was asking if we were able to get 6 servers at 80$ or 4 at 100$ a piece at the current specs
we were just replied to here use this link, Nothing more explaining anything.-> did you guys have the amount i requested at this price is the price for our company going to be honored as per the ticket? we are left in the dark most of the time on responses, causing more unneeded tickets opened in the long run.

Worse support. I've been getting Module Command Error
cPanel API Response: Permission denied: You do not have the required privileges to run “create_user_session”. submitted tickets for 5 times, as they say its been solved but in reality the problem remains.

I have honestly been dreading an encounter with the InterServer customer support team because of what I've heard from some reddit conversations. A year went by and I haven't had a need for support.
