The order failed to reach my mother (90) which was a memorial day of a loved one.
4 days later it arrived with no petals-
I was extremely disappointed to say the least and called Interose. They were very apologetic (I appreciated royal mail had issues and the queens funeral did play a part) but they resent another by Dpd. She received it in a luxury box with a box of chocs. Beautiful rose- have sent for one before and I will use again in future.

Beautiful rose, excellent delivery, but flower didn't last long
The rose was beautiful and arrived on time and in the correct location. It was a fundamental part of an organised treasure hunt, so was delighted about that!
However, the leaves on the rose started dropping by the next day and were completely gone by the day after which was a bit disappointing.

Ordered a sprayed black rose which was nothing like in the photo, was messily sprayed in a plastic black spray. Asked for a replacement Black Baccara unsprayed, and the rose they sent was in poor condition and wilted within a few days, even with a water refill and stem cut. Will not buy from again

Delivery on time, the Rose was perfect, lovely box too. Almost got caught with the present because of the giant InterRose logo on the delivery package box haha, but aside from that it was perfect!
Not very happy and not a good service
Not very happy and not a good service . The rose was left on a driveway unattended with no instructions left ! It wasn’t found for 2 days . Not exactly a doorstep delivery . The surprise Was completely ruined .
Incredible roses, top notch customer service
I’ve been ordering from interrose for almost a year now on a monthly basis and have been blown away by the quality. I once had to order from elsewhere due to low availability and found both the customer service and quality of the roses far below that of interrose (they also didn’t have availability on the proposed date but just didn’t inform pre-booking like interrose did!)
Would highly recommend to anyone. Top quality 👌

The packaging and rose was beautiful I was told, however the rose wasn’t in the greatest condition, although the weather was unusually hot when I ordered.
UPDATE: the company have sent out another rose which was in great condition, they were very polite and helpful in resolving this issue. No1 is perfect and we all make mistakes but taking the time to rectify them and ensure you have satisfied customers speaks volumes to me so thank you very much.
