No communication in the Company
No communication in the Company. Was told the order was ready. It wasn't. Took three visits to the branch in Rathcoole to eventually collect the order.

I ordered a Milwaukee heated jacket…
I ordered a Milwaukee heated jacket along with a battery and battery charger on Sunday 21st December for my son’s Xmas present. A bit late, but hoped it would arrive before January somehow. I received a phone call on Monday 22nd from Interparts saying the battery is ordered was out of stock and that they’d replaced it with a smaller but better battery at no extra cost to me. I thanked them and thought I’d get it all after Xmas. Nope, it arrived the next day 23rd Dec! Great service, great customer care, great business! Will continue to use them for truck parts and anything else they sell! Highly recommend! Thank you for saving Xmas day for me guys!
