Great service!
I researched a lot before choosing Internode and they had the best online reviews so I'm happy to add mine. Tech support is wonderful as are all the other departments that I've dealt with over the phone.
Fast wifi, text notices of any planned outages or updates, easy to deal with call center. I can't fault them, they're definitely the best!

Got a bill sayin we owe $239 when we paid our monthly amount, they were extremely rude and obnoxious on the phone, definitely do not recommend internode too anyone unless everyone wants a crap service!

Great service and fantastic representatives. The stress of moving is real and the list of companies to call gets longer and longer. To be able to make one phone call and the whole transaction is complete is truly unbelievable. In all the years we have used Internode I have never had reason to query anything. Internode continue to provide outstanding customer service. Have been a customer for many years, and every time I need support, they are prompt, professional, polite and honest. Even if there are cheaper ISPs out there, the customer service will keep me as a customer.

Internode's service is terrible
Internode's service is terrible. They kept giving incorrect advice when we tried to reconnect on moving office. Eventually had NBN come out and fix the problem. In the process they managed to disconnect my home internet and getting it reconnected !!!!!!!!!

I spoke to three staff members at internode to try and resolve a problem with my mums internet they went above and beyond what was expected Chris was especially patient and resolved our issue within minutes. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a phone/internet company the service is beyond excellent and no long waiting on the telephone.Thank you Internode

Great Service
Because our house was in the process of being built and we did not have the NBN connected I phoned Internode to request a new internet connection rather than trying to communicate this on the on-line form.
I was pleasantly surprised at the short wait time I experienced prior to being connected to a "real" person and the friendly helpful response was also "spot-on".
My new connection was up and running within a few days. Highly recommended.

My experience with Internode has always been positive with all my issues resolved and I get a full explaination on what the issue was . NBN however is hopeless but Internode seem to still get the job done , You get what you pay for the people are excellent and polite.

charged for NBN and ADSL plan..- internode refused to refund til TIO...
over a couple of years ago this was but still annoys me....(I should've put this review up then)
changed over from adsl to nbn (I didn't want to but no choice) and all went simple and ok (I thought) and just paid the bills via bpay ... only to find out several months later I had been charged for both plans EVERY MONTH... so I called billing with what I thought a simple error on their part and easy fix (I'd only used nbn since that time - could easily be seen) only to be advised by the person that I had agreed to this (both plans??? ) ... refused to refund me the over 400...
sent me a recording of the call and of course I had never requested to cancel this aa it was a simple plan change (I thought)...
escalated... no refund
escalated (again) no refund- why didn't I understand this???

1 week... refund.... and apology (from ombuds..not internode)
then months later I checked my bill again abd noticed I had no been refunded....
called internode... no reason .. or apology... requested refund... given....
not a pleasant experience at all....

Internode is the best internet provider without doubt
I have been with Internode for a large number of years and always find them able to assist with courtesy and professionalism. My internet had gone down due to a blackout and I had trouble reconnecting. On calling Internode and then selecting the wrong department, the gentleman that assisted me was extremely helpful and fixed the issue without hesitation, even though he didn't need to. He could have transferred me, but didn't. I would highly recommend using Internode as your internet provider.

The reason that I stay with Internode
The key reason that I stay with Internode after 15 years is that when they chips are down, they are there to sort it out. They answer the phone, or you can actually walk in and talk to someone face to face. Try that anywhere else!

I rang Internode because my internet failed.
I rang Internode because, overnight, my internet stopped working.
James, spent nearly an half an hour helping me get back online.
This is at odds with Telstra, who spent over a year fighting me and, at the end of the day, gave me a new modem!

Help desk were so patient with me
Help desk were so patient with me. Nokubonga was so very calm and walked me through everything step by step. I am not very good with all the technical stuff and she was so good at talking me through everything even when I was super frustrated. My problem was solved first go. Would recommend this supplier to everyone. Especially given the help desk.
