I was totally shocked at the state of the box that arrived. The envelope was not damaged in any way, therefore this item was sent like it. The tabs that secure the end of the box had been ripped off as though someone had struggled to get the box open. I was really disappointed as well as disgusted and I believe that this was a return. As this was a present for a friend on their new arrival,, it was too embarrassing to give, so I had to spend extra money having to get another present that looked like a new product. I will be extremely careful what I purchase from you in the future, if at all.

Our 7 year old is a huge fan of a certain boy-band and decided that this September when she returns to school, her lunch bag would show these 5 "stars"...so after searching on Google, a link to Internet Gift Store came up...clicked on it and found just what I was looking for...lunch bag and water bottle at INCREDIBLE prices!!

I ordered a Frozen drinks bottle for my daughter that had sold out everywhere else or had been marked up at twice the price! Internetgiftstore had stock that was sent out quickly and with free P&P, it doesn't get much better than that!

Wrong item sent, rang on the day that I received the wrong item, was told that they would send out my correct item that day. After 7 days of waiting I rang again and nobody had any idea what I was talking about. Item was sent out and received the next day.

Very happy with service, but I was sent the wrong bracelet. As it was not too different and I had no time to send it back I gave it to my friend and luckily she was very happy with it

My order was received damaged so I asked for a replacement. The damage was that the arm on the ornament has broken off. I received the replacement which appeared un-damaged but on closer inspection it looks like the arm has been broken on this one too, but it's been glued back on. Will not be buying from you again.
