This is a SCAM. Be aware
I ordered shoes one month ago. Following that order, I received an email, however when I clicked on that order, I received an error on the website saying no order could be found, I contacted customer service they told me they were having a technical issue and confirmed my order. Since that time I have sent more than 20 emails asking about my order. Sometimes I get a reply, sometimes I do not. When I get a reply it is a benign message saying they are working on it. I was then promised my shoes the following week I sent several emails, as once again the shoes did not arrive and I did not receive any update.I asked for an immediate refund and had to send a further 5 emails chasing my refund, I was promised a refund by Cedric and he said it would be done in 24-72hrs. As expected no refund arrived. I again followed up with multiple emails and then I received a reply from Ariella who knew nothing of the situation, didn't not read the previous emails and asked me for my order number and why I wanted a refund.
I am still chasing for a refund and won't give up, but please be aware this is a SCAM
