I have dealt with this company for years on an on and off basis on their various sites and am sad to discover that they have decided not to allow customers to decide on a Non renewal for payments on their account. I have hit the non renewal button each day for days now and am then led onto options and yet the renewal option remains ON, when I have hit it for off. It is obviosly deliberate and sad undesirable practice.

Horrible site. Too many fake profiles! They don't verify faces which should be mandatory!! I believe even the 5 star reviews are fake..SMH!

I would like a refund!

The site is a joke and allows scammers with multiple profiles onto the site. Half of the photos of women are either porn stars or fake. Really?? You can figure out that the same pics are used on multiple accounts. Are you F^%cking kidding me?

Plastered with fake or questionable profiles, some years old from other *Cupid dating sites, rude/inbox flooded with scammers, bots or something. Personally doubt there are many genuine profiles on there and with so many fake-looking profiles what a joke

The site is full of scammers!!!! After being there not for so long I think that there are more dishonest people than genuine relationship seekers on International Cupid website.
Scammers asked me to move to what’s up or use to the email address. One scammer rang me asking for money to repair his mine digging equipment.
A few men used celebrities photos.
A few perverts are there, asked me rude and unappreciative questions.
I truly believe it is nearly impossible to find love on this site. Keep away.

Terrible site that's infested with cash scammers and fake profiles. I wasted so much time and effort and all for nothing. Don't waste your time and money. Just a complete con!

What a deceitful and shameless site! Absolutely FULL of scammers, even with "verified" profiles. Don't waste your time, money, energy or good will.

I had THE WORST experience ever. The site of full of fake profiles, but the worst part is, they call themselves "International" yet they discriminate people from certain countries like Venezuela. Yet, they are ok with people using fake photos, inappropriate behavior, etc. I regret gave them the opportunity to prove me wrong.

The site is full of scammers. Men posing as doctors, military generals, etc. Lots of men from foreign countries looking for sugar mamas. Disgusting. This site should be banned from the internet.

95% are scams across all platforms on cupid, international, dominican, chinese and so on. You get tired of it quickly, and cupid owners do nothing about it!.

I would give zero stars if I could. This site is a scam. In my experience about 90% fake profiles and scammers. Don’t bother wasting your time and money on this bogus website.

It's 100% an organised scam site.
This means that the manage team is part of the scam. Creating fake profiles with the aim to get money from individuals. I've been following this site for several years.
1. Asian profiles (read Asian look) has exactly the same stories in all messages from different profiles).
2. German profiles have exactly the same stories.
3. USA profiles have the exact same stories.
This is an organised scam organisation with not so clever scammers.
4. When I answered a question "so if you think it's a scam site why are you here?": Because it's funny to see how you try to trick people. I was blocked from reaching the total url... yes! That was a proof it's a complete fake site. The complete international cupid sites are totally fake.

Actually what's disturbing so much here is the down payment Cz Imu suggestion was liked influ Doo Mr s favor an ss chance to go thru my messages sent in by those who have tried to like me in the platform bz there's no where am running without paying

Less than 1. Talked with 10 different people the first day.. every single one of them were a scam. Got the WhatsApp video call and of course the mouths move differently than the words. Then the details are off. They say they are one age and they have written another. They say they are widowed, but then tell me they were divorced. Worst experience ever. Deleted on day 2.

There are many crazy, strange people here. You risk being deeply hurt by thoughtless words and outright rudeness, and for no reason, you might just get blocked because someone doesn’t like you back. There are fraudsters trying to trick people out of money—yet it’s still possible to find someone if you search long enough.”

Complete and total fraud. 5 alleged women all asked me same question about bitcoin within 4 days of joining. Found other alleged members with same photos.

if it was possible to give 0 stars I would.
A disappointing app, ghost customer service that imposes policies it doesn't enforce.
I've contacted them countless times about profiles containing phone numbers, obscene or non-compliant photos, and other issues they prohibit, and no one has ever done anything about it.
I asked for a refund, which was denied because “it's not possible due to policy.” So policies only exist when it comes to counting money, not protecting users.
There are only a handful of people there. Never again.

It’s a site filled with scammers which is a breach of their contract
