Dining table
I bought a dining table, and I was initially told that the delivery time was 30–35 working days. I waited throughout this entire period, and then I started calling customer service because I had no news about the table.
In the first few days, they told me they still had no information from the factory, at which point I asked them to give me the factory’s phone number so I could call and see the status of my order. They told me they didn’t have it (the first lie).
A few days later, they informed me that the factory had gone bankrupt and the order could not be delivered (the second lie).
Later, I found out from someone else that the factory had not gone bankrupt — it’s just that the table model was no longer being produced.
Shame! A lot of money, zero service. I do not recommend.
