Oli pink ruffled cusions
I purchased 2 pink ruffled cusions from this company and they are what I was looking for.
Good quality, very happy with purchase.
They took alittle longer than expected to arrive.
They were presented well with a nice thankyou card inside which added a nice touch.
The only thing was the box was abit damaged but contents were fine.
Would use this company again in the future.

Initial Issues Resolved with Great Customer Service
I originally left a 1-star review after placing an order on March 30th and receiving no confirmation or updates, despite multiple attempts to contact the company. I eventually processed a refund through Revolut due to the lack of response.
However, Interior Fascination later reached out and explained they had experienced a serious technical issue that had affected their website and order systems. Once they became aware of the situation, they were extremely apologetic and offered a clear explanation, a discount, and excellent follow-up.
I’ve since placed a new order, which they have offered next day delivery on, and I really appreciated the personal, thoughtful response and willingness to make things right.
Mistakes happen, and I respect how they handled the situation once they were able to.

I would give 0 if I could but trustpilot doesn’t give that facility.
I ordered online, 5 days later I still hadn’t heard anything about delivery, so I phoned and was told business owner would phone me back - they didn’t ! I received an email on 7th day saying it was despatched with a tracking number. Tracking number didn’t work. On day 8, I received 2 emails asking for feedback and today, day 9, I have no idea when the items will be arriving. Currently, I am disappointed and rather unimpressed with your customer service !
