Lovely flowers when the arrived
Lovely flowers when the arrived, but I had ordered them for my mother's birthday and they arrived a day late despite paying the premium price. It was a really disappointing service, chocolates were offered as an apology but my mother doesn't eat them. For reliability i Would look to other companies in the future

Hello Lisa, we did not receive an email from you regarding this. We only have an email changing a cellphone number. Sometimes the florist has no 'seriously good' chocolates in stock so they will substitute the brand. If they are not to the same value, then the difference is put into the bouquet. We are sorry that you were not informed of this as normally the florist would communicate with us and we would notify you. We apologise for this.
