Respectable Service to Unprofessional Harassment
We have been using this company for a while and their senior manager was impeccable. At first, we thought he was the owner of the company, but something recently changed. This company, which was once respectable, has now resorted to threatening behavior in its emails. They have been sending three emails a day for a new invoice that was generated on the first of August 2024. It's unusual for a company to send invoices three times a day. The norm is to send invoices based on a 7-14-30-day payment requirement. It's not appropriate to harass your clients with 3-4 emails a day to remind them that their invoice is due in 7-14-30 days. I would steer away from this company with a proven track record that is flawed in building rapport with its clients for long-term growth. I am appalled with today's behavior like laughing, rude, condescending behavior. It shows that 'our' business or their 'promise' falls on deaf company policies in fostering positive growth.
