DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT! I ordered an ornament that I thought would look like the image they displayed on their site, looks kinda 3d ish and "real" looking. Thought that would be a perfect gift for my son. Boy, was I Wrong! What I got looked like a shrinky dink gone bad. I am too embarrassed to give him this thing. I contacted customer support and explained how disappointed I was with this and it wasn’t at all what I expected to look like. I expected it to look like the image they have displayed. All I got out of that ordeal was him stating" it says no where in the description that the product was 3d and offered me absolutely nothing and stated “ it does not say in the description that it is 3D” I didn’t say it was, said it LOOKED like 3d. Umm, I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL with their product and i got a oh well. When a customer isnt happy, every store trys to resolve it somehow. Even a percentage off next purchase wouldve been horrible but something. Not this company. I have NEVER dealt with a company like this in my life and I do a lot of shopping. If you decide to take your chance at their false advertising total crap products, i hope your experience goes better than mine. If i can add the emails of the conversations with customer support and I had, they will be posted shortly.
