- Our trainer, James Hamilton, was totally brilliant! He put us all at ease and made the session thoroughly enjoyable, while watching us carefully and being quick to correct errors in our technique in a supportive manner.

I have done many positive handling…
I have done many positive handling courses over the years and I felt this approach was one of the very best. The online work covered the legal aspects and then the afternoon face to face session was well measured in reinforcing de-escalation wherever possible and always the lowest level of intervention appropriate. The course leader was excellent - balanced humour and rigour perfectly and demonstrated holds etc. very clearly.
