What is advertised is not what you get. Ordered 6 foot stand and LED display.. What came was a line of LED;s that you could buy on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Would like to send it back but can't find a way to do it. Looks like i'm stuck with it.

I've just ordered a couple of items from a company under the name swift-cleanco. The total came to £24.16 & I got a confirmation email for this amount. I then got an email saying that my payment was £28.99, and it would come out under intellectp*uk. I've checked my bank account and the higher amount is showing. Its hard to warn other potential customers about the company when you don't see the name intellectp until after you've made a purchase.

I have boght glasses. Its says 9.87. Then. Thy charged 36.81.
And i did not git eny email counformation. Or. Txt nothing and. Thy sead. That. I will have it in 3. Dayes now its bing a week. What is. This ?

The packaging was sturdy and well-secured, providing thorough protection during shipment. Despite the lengthy three-week wait, it arrived in perfect condition. The inflator was nestled neatly inside, whilst the cooling cup was adequately padded. Overall, the product's wrapping was impressive - quite the welcome sight after such a long wait.

I'm really satisfied with my purchase. The inflator is compact and easy to carry around. Moreover, the fast cooling cup has a sleek design and is quite efficient. Both are well made. Highly recommend for convenience and everyday use.

I have just ordered 3 nice looking casual wear items. (ORDER #25214S92580). The order came to £37.02 but the company has charged me £44.42. I complained to the customer service contact and have not received an explanation or refund for the overcharging. This looks like a dodgy seller - customer beware.

Wrong item sent, though they said it was correct. Wouldn't give me an address to send it back to. Offered me £2 compensation. Despite telling them about consumer rights etc they just kept apologising profusely (without saying why they were saying that they'd do better next time), and would only offer me £5, take it or leave it. The Item was £17. Had to take the £5 as they weren't in the UK, so no comeback:(

Scammers paid for a floral letter light and they debited my account on 26/4/24 and I have never received the goods . Thieves and scammers do not use this company.

I have ordered horns for the motorcycle.
Firstly, they sent the wrong one.
Secondly, total scrap.
Hands off this company . They are obviously scammers.

I ordered the mop in May and have never received it.

Never received my order, it's been six weeks since I ordered the mop & extra mopheads. Tried calling & texting & was told my order was in transit! It's coming from another country??? Tried calling & it's out of the country!! OMG this has got to be a scam! read all these reviews & was so impressed I told quite a few friends to order too. OMG what a disappointment in a company. Item in video is double the size of what I got, and arrived in brown boxes with no product info or directions.

I ordered this product at the end of January and received it 6 weeks later. I queried its whereabouts after 4 weeks.

Shipping policy states as stated on website is 14-30 days. I waited another week no product.

Customer support did respond and kept saying package on its way. After 5 weeks I said I would prefer to cancel due to finding alternate wardrobe solution (similar product via kmart at 1/3 of price - I bought 3 packets of these hooks at $50 AUD - Kmart sold similar $15!) This product was triple the price but the quality is inferior!

The price was quoted in USD not AUD which i had picked up at point of purchase thinking I was dealing with US company.

The product arrived after 6 weeks. As per consistent messaging I said I would like to return as I had sourced alternative and had never expected to wait 6 weeks.

They said to do so would be at own cost - consistent with the returns policy on their website - I said I would pay postage and send and track so that I knew when they would receive and would get my refund then. (the package is tiny and via economy would not cost a lot in postage)

They will not let me return and have offered USD 2 compensation. After repeated attempts to direct them to their own return policy they have offered me USD 3 compensation and the support person says they are paying it out of their own wages.

This could be a scam tactic or legitimate from employee I don't know. Either way be careful dealing with this company. The product is not good quality/overpriced and takes a long time to arrive and the service is very dubious.

This was an Instagram advert. I cannot find their page on Instagram or Facebook.

They did not honour their shipping policy or returns policy, and they are either scammers or have labourers working in very bad conditions. Likely both.

I wished I had done my homework before I bought and will never trust an Instagram ad by a company I have never heard of again.

I sincerely hope the person I was dealing with was scamming me and not scared for their own job.

Water Purification Cube for Horse Water Trough
I saw this as on instagram and fb and ordered on 3/1. Once the email confirmation came in I saw it was actually in US$ and was being drop shipped from China. I immediately wrote to cancel as was concerned of the cost and legitimacy. They wrote back and said that they could not cancel as already dispatched (same day as ordering) which it was not as then 2 days later received a tracking notice.
They advised to proceed with the order and in the event it wasn’t satisfactory they would refund/rectify.
Upon receipt of the item I tested it and within days realised it was not as advertised and faulty. I wrote and complained and was asked to send photos and video. I was offered a refund of $1/2 US and replied not satisfactory and have been given excuses every email. Finally they said I could return to China but the postage would be high, I said I was happy to return and they would not supply a return address.
I know this is not as advertised now and these water trough purification products do not work. PayPal have now sorted as we acted quickly and am returning to China for a full refund.

Purchased a Rotatable Adjustable Cleaning Mop - the website said it was in $AUD, however as soon as I made payment I discovered they had charged me in $US. I instantly contacted them asking to cancel the purchase. Their response was the item has already been shipped and they cannot refund. What shipped in 5 Minutes after purchase!?
Well they refused to refund and told me I would be wrapt with my purchase when it arrived.
I received it a few days ago and all I can say is it is poor quality. The image displayed on the website looks nothing like what I received.
The head of the mop is wonky and it is very flimsy, plus you can purchase exactly the same product online elsewhere for less than a quarter of the price.
I wrote a review on their website this morning - went back just now and guess what it has 'disappeared' and the only reviews are all 5 stars. Be very careful with this website

Easily wrinkled but they are extremely light weight and comfortable. They have a cute tie in the front that is attached and they have pockets!

Love these shoes. Feels like they would be hard, but they are very lightweight and soft. I walked all over Nashville all day with no issue or being tired. Love these!
