I placed an order for two boxes of sleepy antibacterial wipes in May 2024 and asked the company to check the expiry date before shipping. No response was received and my credit card was charged £47.37. I got in touch with Alan@intelibee who confirmed the goods expired in 2023 and was promised a refund that day. Two weeks later still no refund so I had no choice but to dispute this transaction with the bank who put the money back into my account. I received a text message from the bank to say that Intelibee Medical Glasgow GLA challenged my dispute with no valid reason to do so since my order was never shipped. This company does not deserve my business or any other business for their immoral behaviour. You are a disgrace!!!
