I think Inteletravel is good for people who would love a way to work in the travel industry that doesn't break the bank to get started. The sign up fee and monthly costs are reasonable. Th... See more

A great opportunity for a second income…
A great opportunity for a second income stream, you can work this business whenever and wherever you want. I've only ever had a positive experience with intel travels customer service teams, commissions are invoiced to the suppliers promptly, and are paid on time . I have zero complaints and have loved booking for myself and others and earning back commissions which would otherwise just be going to the bigger holiday companies. Yes inteletravel handle all this for you, hence they take a cut of the commission - it would be impossible for a single individual to put a 24/7 customer support infrastructure together for just £46 a month. My only regret is not joining sooner - if youre thinking about it. Do it! - a lot to gain, and not a lot to lose.
OBSESSED WITH THIS BUSINESS! 😍
I joined in March last year and I have to say I am LOVING this to this date!! I do this around my other job and this is the best side hustle ever, I have booked various holidays for my friends and family and myself and earned back on it, I’ve gotten multiple free upgrades and helped so many people join too who get to get these benefits also!! My mentor Charlotte is the best and we have a support chat to ask any technical questions, besides the training which you can go back to anytime to refresh on things, weekly and fortnightly training zooms too! So anyone saying the support isn’t there probs isn’t seeking or using it! It’s all there! I’ve earned about £3-4k so far in a year and a half, great for a side hustle and know people who have booked way more holidays than me so have earned wayyy more!! I am in love with this business and my team are so supportive and likeminded 🩷 I’ve found my tribe of travel loving boss women!! 🥰
I have been with Inteletravel and…
I have been with Inteletravel and PlanNet Marketing for 2 years now. It has been an amazing journey. The people that I meet that are like-minded and hungry and know that they deserve more in life. I seen the growth of so many. From near homeless to homeowner, from the beach to the bank. It is all about how much time you give your business. If you work it like a hobby you get paid like a hobby. Work it like business and you make money like a businessman/woman. You can not start a business and quit in the same month and expect a profit. NOT A SCAM!! REAL BUSINESS! REAL MONEY! And we income disclosures that prove that we are not a Pyramid Scheme.
15 months in and I love my travel biz!
I joined Inteletravel in May 2024 whilst on mat leave to enable extra income, as well as working on my own personal development and I honestly wish I’d started sooner. In the first 6 months i earnt more in commission than my next 3 years outgoings for my own business.
I feel supported, valued, encouraged and like I’ve found my place. Everyone has the same fee and the same opportunity, if theyre not earning from it, theyre not working on it. It’s not a pyramid scheme, these are illegal. You can outrank anyone above you if you work hard enough. Luxury doesn’t come for free.
Nurse to Travel agent
As a Nurse of over 20 years, I was looking for something that I could earn from, work from home, flexibly & enable me to reduce my hours & retire earlier
Inteletravel was perfect, not being from a travel or biz background, the training amd supoort i got and still get has been unmatched!
Fast forward a few months and I have earnt a significant amount from comissions and residual income aswell as being able to currently work part time
I absolutely love this business, I love the training, events, support and community we have and I have met some incredible people and great friends
Wish I had found it sooner!!!
I for the life of me could not get any…
I for the life of me could not get any customers to me website and it almost became depressing at times to see money leaving my account to pay for the membership and never seeing a commission. I was told but the few who did go to might website like a family member or a friend that seems to be who you are attracting and to sell to, that the website was hard to navigate and that the pricing was double sometimes triple of the competition.
Best thing I have ever done!
I joined Intele in 2020 and it has been the best thing ever! at first I hold my hands up, I was a little skepital but oh my goodness how wrong was I! I get paid monthly ONTIME Because I FOLLOW the instructions! it is the best community and my team are so LOVING!!!
Completely Satisfied - balanaced review
What I find hard to undertand about the reviews is that nobody mentions the holidays, i.e did the holiday go as planned? was it good quality for money? did the InteleTravel agent give good service? This is a place to review the holiday service provided rather than your experience of being an InteleTravel agent. This is not glass door, its trust pilot.
Inteletravel have global sales of $1.2 billion and contarcts with over 100 preferred artners. It seems their travel business reputation is being tarnished by unhappy newly recruited travel agents rather than clients who have been on a holiday!
Inteletravel is a low cost model, at £110 to join + £32 per month. All other homebased travel businesses I researched before joining are in excess of £5K to join (some up to £30K) with a minimum of £99 to £299 per month thereafter. Inteletravel offers significant online training on its back office site which is acessible at any time.
These negative reviews seem to relate to some poor marketing reps who seem to have missold the opportinity to those they are selling the license to. It is not a get rich quick scheme and, in my experience, everyone, including those higher up the chain, have worked very hard to achieve their sales and to support their teams. The rep side is not a pyramid scheme. it is a fully legitamate network marketing scheme. Becoming a rep (and part of the network marketing scheme) is optional and nothing to do with InteleTravel. PlanNet marketing is completly seperate.
I brought my travel agent license a few months ago. I have made savings on my holidays so far, booked some holidays for friends and earned commison. My family and friends have been very happy with the holidays I have booked. I have also referred the scheme to some friends who have generous travel budgets or want to become a travel agent. I have saved/earned more than double the first annual fees in 6 months. I have however, had to do the hard work training to acheive this. It does take time to learn the systems and suppliers as it would in any new job.
I think the negative reviews are from people who have either been misold the opportunity or have joined the wrong mentor / team. If you are interested in becoming a PlanNet Rep, please do your due diligence about not only what you are joining, but WHO you are joining. There are some fantastic leaders in the business.
Another reasons for the poor reviews, is that perhaps the individuals are not prepared to put the work in to learn the systems and processes. I don't know what people expect for £110 + £32 monthly to be this upset, what other busienss could you join for such low costs and have your own business?
I am a completely satisfied purchaser and IT license holder. I'm not a director in the business or anywhere near it but I wanted to post this to give a more balanced view of InteleTravel as the reviews have nothing to do with the quality of the holidays offered.
Pyramid scheme
You won't make money unless you:
1. Lie to other people to get them to sign up.
2. Pay extra to become a 'director'
Joe Public can find any holiday cheaper than what inteletravel providers offer.
Complete waste of money. Don't fall for their sales pitches and six figure salary claims.
A COMPLETE SCAM
A complete scam, DO NOT SIGN UP!
My wife signed up while on maternity to try and earn a bit of extra cash, very quickly realised it was a pyramid scheme and there was no actual benefit to be gained from being a part of it!
Tried to cancel several times but were completely ignored.
Ended up cancelling the payment card!
Never sign up to this kind of nonsense.
Terrible
Terrible. I enquired about registration a month ago and had no response for several weeks. Chased and got rude emails with terrible grammar and never signed - no professional signature and zero information provided.
When I chased after a month of no contact, I’ve received this response (( I quote)
“We want to apologize to you for the delay. I have requested my Manager to look into your request of finding a Sponsor for you. We are working on finding you a Sponsor right away.
Sorry again!”
Unprofessional- not on time - emails are not personalised - and it’s a pyramid scheme thinly veiled as a travel opportunity. The reviews here tell a story. AVOID. There are other, better companies to sign up with as ITA.
Absolute scam!
You only need to look at the reviews to see that this is a complete scam of a company. You get told to put positive reviews on here to get people to sign up more easily.
Well I won’t. I will tell the truth.
Who has to pay a monthly fee to work? Pay for training courses and all their travel to London?
If you are doing this you are quite simply a mug. There is no other word. The commision you sometimes get back after chasing which once after 35% fees from the company, 25% tax and another 10% tax from them ends up being peanuts.
I have never found a holiday cheaper through this company then I have by looking myself.
Don’t do it. It also took me months and months to cancel which of cause in this time I was still paying a monthly fee and can’t get it refunded.
Avoid!
Agent for 2 years and obsessed
I’ve been a travel agent with InteleTravel for 2 years and I’m genuinely obsessed with what I do. I’ve saved thousands on my own trips and booked over £70,000 worth of travel for clients, from flights and hotels to tours with the same suppliers you’d find on the high street or big-name booking sites.
We’re a fully licensed, accredited travel agency with IATA, ABTA, ATOL and CLIA, and the income comes from actual travel bookings. There’s also an optional referral side to the business for those who want to grow a team, but it’s not something you have to do to be successful here.
It’s not a quick win, you do have to put in the effort if you want to succeed. For me, it’s been the perfect way to work for myself, build something I’m proud of, and aim to make it my full time income one day.
Positive experience and review!
I joined in September 2024 and really enjoy it alongside my full time job. I previously worked in the travel industry for 19 years so consider myself very experienced and knowledgable, and I honestly think Intele are great. Wider variety of suppliers, lots of useful training and event opportunities. I’ve booked over 50k in travel for customers and saved a lot on my own trips. I have not had any issues with commission not being paid on time.
The only problem I had once was with headoffice where there was a payment mix up but got rectified within a few days.
I honestly think people’s experience are down to the support they receive from their mentor, the training they receive & their wider team support.
Very happy using Inteletravel /PlanNet Marketing
I'm really enjoying being part of this. I love researching and booking holidays and this is an amazing way to do this for ourselves and others. I'm part of an amazingly supportive UK wider team of similarly happy people, the training is great. Sorry to read other's have maybe had a less positive experience but i think they must have been unlucky or not in the right place in their own lives to make the most of this.
The PlanNet Marketing part of the business is the referrals side which you can do if you want. You don't have to. My view was that it's a great travel platform so why wouldn't you recommend it to friends. There are no set targets/ minimum sales and you can leave by cancelling with one month's notice at any point. I'm really happy with it all.
Great support and team
I've been an Inteletravel agent for 9 months now and have had a great experience. My mentor and wider team are so supportive and everyone helps everyone out. You have to access the Inteletravel webinars and training as they are the only ones who are allowed to train on the travel side, but fellow team members are always around to support with booking queries or travel recommendations. I've booked over £50,000 of travel and received all the commission I am owed for completed travel on time. I've also booked for myself and received some great rates. I think much of the experience is down to who your mentor and wider team are. For the low investment to earn a side income, for me, who loves to travel and plan travel, it's been great.
Honestly I’m so devastated
Honestly I’m so devastated. I cancelled my membership with this site at the beginning of July. It’s not an easy process to cancel this as it is alone. To then be charged in July and now August. I’m so upset by this. Now I definitely would never recommend anyone to ever sign up for this. I’m an NHS worker so generally not on a lot of money to then have money taken out my account which is very much needed right now. Even when I booked a holiday I never received the commission, the process to get that money back was so difficult that it was worth less hassle not doing it. Not an easy user friendly website. So devastated I even signed up in the first place :(
Dont Bother
Pitch they give you amazing! Training very poor, videos webinars thrown together i learnt more going on partner webinars how to use there system, no support, customer service team always engaged rude and not knowledgeable, very bad experience only there 2 month. my message save you money dont save a lot and most people can book it cheaper
Beware of false reviews
Beware of false reviews. We were advised as agents and plannet reps to come on here and write positive reviews as the negative reviews were putting people off from signing up. Whilst some may have success in this business many do not. They charge you for any commission to be paid back to you. The prices are not competitive at all. And the agent rates they discuss can be cheaper but when you factor in your monthly fee it’s actually a joke. And definitely do not join the rep side all they promote is starting fake conversations with people on social media all so you can get them to join the business- disgusting, false and makes the whole company very untrustworthy.
