I have been with Integro for nearly 9 months and I can honestly say it's the first time in my life I have felt completely listened too by medical professionals. The whole process has been reassuring and my life has changed for the better. Having appropriate medication for multiple conditions with no negative side effects has been a first time experience for me, and with medical staff (including those who reply to emails and repeat presentations enquiries) who go above and beyond to help.
Can't say enough good things.

What can I say really. First off you've absolutely changed my life, I can now leave my front door and venture outside my gate. Secondly the care from Doctor Ahsan has been nothing short of excellent, the early hours of the morning on the day of my follow up, I spoke with him and before the call ended, he said a prayer for my loved ones. I am by no means religious, but this was somehow very comforting. I just want to say thank you for making my medical journey so simple

James was very understanding, he put me at ease straight away. He is very professional in a light-hearted way. James made the whole process simple and stress free. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have been a patient with integro for a while now. Their ordering system I will say isn’t the best but from my understanding they’re developing something that’ll make it much easier for patients to order in the future.
All in all though this is the only nit pick I have, integro staff are always happy to help if you have any issues. I personally somehow always end up having Joanne reply and never has she let me down.
Best clinic hands downs and only getting better.

I had an initial consultation that was arranged via email contact was made by Joanne emails were replied to promptly and with clear instructions. Dr Nayee did the consultation this was easy to join and he offered great advice I’m yet to be accepted but would recommend to anyone to try. Brilliant service no dramas.
