I have graded this Company one as unfortunately there is no option to grade a minus.
Where do i begin, lots of auto generated emails that were not a true reflection of our case. I then had the unfortunate experience of speaking to a representative called Marlon. It was clear Marlon did not know what he was talking about in relation to Conveyancing and he gave me completely incorrect information. After i had done my own investigation with the Conveyancers they confirmed what Marlon had told me was completely incorrect. I contacted Integrar and requested to speak to Marlon's line Manager so that i could discuss my concerns. I was advised that Sonia would investigate my complaint and come back to me. I hadn't actually said i wanted to complain at this point, just discuss concerns. I queried how Sonia could investigate something without actually speaking to me, but was told she would. I was told Sonia would call me back my 3pm on 31/12/2025. Unsurprisingly i am still waiting for that call back. The incompetence and poor customer service of the Company is outstanding. I would never, ever, ever recommend using this Company to anyone.

The re mortgage process was very straightforward, which we were very grateful for. We were surprised at how quickly everything was completed especially due to the time of year it was, but very thankful.

Good flow of communication. Someone straightforward and helpful available on the phone when I had a question. Documents came in hard copy and electronic as requested. All smooth, and we got there in the end!

Things moved quickly and the Portal was quite straightforward to use. One frustration was having to register to two different portals and monitor both for updates, I feel that process could be improved.
My case handler handled things quickly efficiently and the mortgage all completed on time.

Overall the systems employed reduced the requirements to make time intensive phone calls and emails. They were easy to use and enabled us to get the tasks completed.

After two months of providing a mountain of information and documentation, Integrar have today advised, without warning, that they have closed my case as it is considered too complex.
The service received has been very poor and the outcome, after such a long period, is unfathomable.
Instead of being close to completion as anticipated, my purchase has now fallen through.
Why TSB would utilise the services of this woefully inadequate conveyancing company, is beyond me.
Unless your case is childlike in its simplicity, I would avoid using this firm at all costs.

Some information stayed Amber when everything had been received but I was able to contact the team and they were very helpful. Everything was done electronically and couldn’t call but very quick and responsive service.

Terrible service which has cost me…
Terrible service which has cost me £100s. A simple remortgage but failed to complete on the correct day costing me extra interest payments and sent the wrong completion amount to mortgage company. This was final straw having been charged additional fees which weren’t explained and asked 5 times for info I had given them and repeatedly told me I was wrong. It was my bank account!! Jake Houlding-Ward said to provide names in my review - Hamza, Michelle and Yinxiao Zhu.
