Recently completed our re-mortgage…

Recently completed our re-mortgage through Integrar Services and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, everything was handled professionally, and there were no issues at all along the way. Really happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend them to others looking for mortgage or re-mortgage support.

Dealt with my remortgage (moving mortgage companies)

Absolutely dreadful. Poor communication and completely incompetent. Even tried to charge me for a fee that wasn’t on the agreed list!

Even though they were free as part of my transfer, it was still too expensive for the service provided.

Quick and straightforward process

Quick and straightforward process. The portal is easy to use. We had some changes on our side 2 - 3 weeks before remortgage completion, but it was handled smoothly by the team. Kudos to Yinxiao and Jake. Thank you very much.

They don't actually answer any…

They don't actually answer any questions!
Sticking the name of a case handler on an email means nothing when all the emails are automated and say "This is an automated update. If any item(s) has been sent in the last few days, you should ignore that aspect of this update. You do not need to contact us on receipt of this update. It helps us do our job efficiently if email & telephone enquiries are minimised." But if you try to contact the case handler with questions, you get ignored. It's been 5 months, I get no real updates and questions I asked at the start of the process still haven't been answered!

Used this company for a remortgage, once they had all the correct details they kept us in the loop with an online profile , very happy with the outcome, Yinxiao and Jake provided a smooth and stress free service.

Mixed feelings

I've used Integrar and similar online services before with mixed feelings. In this case Integrar completed my remortgage successfully so I must give them credit for that. However, I found them hard to get in contact with as they often don't reply to emails. The avalanche of, sometimes incorrect, emails that I received from them was also confusing. Regarding costs, this may not be Integrar's issue but the mortgage policy that I signed up for with Barclays was a "no fees" option. By the time the mortgage was in place, it cost me more than £200 in additional costs.

Professional service. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service for a re-mortgaging application that by all means was not an easy task due to the complexity of it as I needed to release some equity as well.

Holly H & Jake, in charge of the application made it less stressful by keeping me updated throughout the process and most importantly made it possible for me to complete the re-mortgage application just in time.

When I called up to ask general questions about the application the call was answered within minutes and everything was explained to me in plain English which was a big help.

Good remortgage service

Yinxiao and Jake were quite helpful to reply to any queries we had about the remortgage. The process status was available online for us to check at any time. There was a minor hiccup towards the completion about ERC, that got sorted out with an email. Good service, definitely recommend, thanks
