Delay paying out salaries for no reason..
1 day delay paying out the salary of September for no reason...
Intect send me an email on the 28th of September saying they don't know what happened but there will be a delay with paying out salaries.
That is terrible. Bills have a deadline and if there is a system issue you should be prepared for it.
Of course problems appear but your company does the accounting and it's in charge of paying out salaries, which is people's livelihood!
There shouldn't be unexpected problems. If they are, you should send a further email, apologizing and reassuring you know now what happened and mention the reason you couldn't pay the salary in time. I don't care if its delayed a day or more. It is serious. It is your responsibility to pay out salaries IN TIME.
I don't trust this company and how their accounting works for years. When I saw my work uses them, I got very disappointed.
Hopefully the salary it's paid out tommorow.
Also the app is terrible. Extremely laggy and with an unprofessional interface. The information is presented in a weird way, as part of the app.
You can only see the actual payslip with all the information if you press download. Which also doesn't work that well either.
The app also kicks you out a lot and when you login you have to try a few times as the log in button gets merged with the info at the bottom. So a lot of times, the app opens the website instead of login you in.
Their system is also bad when updating information. They can't put the correct information even after my boss contacted them.
If you have the option, pick some other company or just an accountant to work with.
