Zero customer service skills & absolutely no idea what they’re talking about

I went in the store on Saturday morning asking for help as I had dropped my phone and my screen had gone completely black and wouldn’t turn back on. The employee told me no one on the island of Ibiza could fix my phone on a Saturday, and that if I did find someone it would take at least a week and a half to be fixed. He was very rude and so when I left I googled to see if there was anywhere else. And found Eivissa Phone just around the corner, a lovely man who fixed it in 20/25 minutes to brand new.

As an official Apple Technical Service representative, the information provided was accurate. Our technicians are available Monday through Friday, and although there are no appointments available at this time, you can leave your device at your nearest INTECAT store for service under an official service provider. Waiting times may vary depending on workload and the time of year. As indicated by the manufacturer, Apple, we do not recommend performing any type of intervention at an unauthorized Technical Service provider. Apple is not responsible and reserves the right to refuse any subsequent repairs.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort this situation may have caused and hope to serve you again, so we can improve your perception of our brand.

Te intentan estafar con el kit digital

Te intentan colar por 800€ un Mac con el kit digital. Os sale mejor comprarlo nuevo por 999 y desgravar el IVA!

La organización es muy mala

One of the worst experience of purchasing product online. I've purchased M4 pro MacBook on this website saying they deliver the products within 24-48 hours. I was waiting about a week for any support just to know that its not a scam and the product will be delivered. Support on the website was not active and nobody was answering my messages. In a week I received a message that the product will be delivered in one week. So instead of 48 hrs delivery I got my MacBook in 2 weeks with poor support, no live status of the delivery and the deliveryman just coming to my apartment without any call prior to the delivery. I would never buy anything there again and dont recommend you to use their services

I will never order here again

I will never order here again. I read these bad reviews but anyway I thought that every business had bad reviews , so i decided to buy a MacBook on their website on Black Friday. I ordered it on 30.11, today is 4.12 and they don’t pick up my calls, don’t reply to messages in WhatsApp and I don’t know when I’ll received my order!! Absolutely 0 information!! On the website it says 48-72 hours, which has already been, and actually been a lot more! It didn’t say “working days” or anything! Absolutely horrible service. If I don’t get my laptop this week - I’ll sue you!

Intecat platja d'aro tried scamming me…

Intecat platja d'aro tried scamming me into getting my working macbook fixed for 580 euro's, while they knew it worked.

I left my laptop there to be reviewed. After two weeks I got the notification it was indeed broken and I could get it fixed for 580 euro's. The macbook is 7 years old and not worth this anymore so I decided to pick it up. When waiving the reparation they offer to recycle the broken laptop for free.

I went and picked it up in store and paid 35 euro's (the reviewing fee).

When I got home, my laptop worked perfectly. When I went deeper into the laptop (terminal) and checked battery usage, my laptop had already been working since the 2th of november. They had used it multiple times. The days before I picked it up it had been online for multiple days.

I send them an email asking if this was true and why this would be but I never got an answer. The same emailadress I have used before.

I feel scammed and lied to. I changed all my passwords too because I felt unsafe about leaving my working laptop with password with people that would lie about this.

I still hope I am wrong about this. The employees at the front desk are very kind and patient. But I am never visiting this store again, neither will my friends and family.
