This opportunity/job board is a SCAM. Instead of investing in Advertising/Marketing their company, they expect YOU, the job seekers to bring on contacts in order to complete your profile. They do NOT tell you in advance that in order to have a complete, fully functional profile you have to get other people to sign up with Intch as well and then endorse you. I would have NEVER moved forward with this if I knew that to begin with. Also, they have been charging me a subscription price almost twice as much as I agreed to pay when I signed up. This was an expensive waste of time, energy, resources & money.

I subscribed to Intch Premium in July 2025 and never used the service after signup - no logins, no feature use. I was still charged six times (about ILS 712 total) through January 2026. When I discovered the charges and asked for a refund, they cancelled the subscription but refused every refund and told me in writing there was "no further escalation available." When I asked them to produce their own usage logs - which they themselves cited as proof of service - they declined to provide the actual logs and refused again. I have since filed a complaint with the US FTC. Watch the auto-renewal on this app very carefully.

Charged for an auto-renewal I didn't intend, then trapped by design. There's no way to cancel inside the product — no button, no self-serve option, email only. I emailed to cancel the same day the charge posted and was refused a refund, citing a policy that requires canceling 24 hours before billing... a window that's impossible to hit when the only cancellation path is emailing a support agent who takes days to respond.

The service itself delivered little value in the time I used it, but that's secondary. The real issue is the setup: no self-serve cancellation plus a rigid refund policy is a pattern designed to hold onto money, not to serve customers. Would not recommend, and I'd be cautious handing them a card.

Horrible- app doesn’t work and they won’t remediate the theft of money from their unusable product

Scam. This is all about deceiving subscribers. They will take your credit card information upon signup and you won’t hear anything for months. Then you’ll start getting charged with no notice and they will refuse to refund. They will point to the user policy and tell you that you should’ve cancelled earlier. No honest business resorts to this. Just look at the hundreds of people who have been scammed by this bum company. Report them to the FTC for dishonest business practices. At the very least they should be sending out reminders before charging people. But their business model relies on the deception and they know it.

Everything about this platform feels like a scam. The job postings are filled with scammers, many of the people who respond are scammers, and even after you think you’ve landed a job, they ask you to complete tasks and then disappear when it’s time to pay. My entire experience has been deceptive and extremely disappointing. A platform that allows this to happen repeatedly without protecting its users is, in my opinion, failing the very people it claims to help. They don’t even provide refunds when users no longer want to continue using the service. They also don’t allow users to leave reviews on their platform, which makes it seem like they’re trying to avoid public feedback. If users were able to share their experiences openly, I believe the platform would receive a significant amount of negative feedback based on experiences like mine.

Fraudulently tried to take money from my Revolut account bunch of scamming crims.

SCAMMERS, lure you in with an offer of finding you work then take your money, make it impossible to quite, dont send any updates or invoices then a year later you realise they have been silently scammer you for a year! When I eventually tracked down the customer help they couldnt even find my account. Until I sent them the payment receipt. Falsely advertising to help people find work? I had NO EMAILS nothing. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF VUNERABLE PEOPLE NEEDING WORK!! ITS CRIMINAL!

Be aware of subscriptions: They are really expensive and it's incredibly hard to find a way of cancelling them, they don't notify you when a charge is going to happen and of course they don't do refunds. I wouldn't recommend using this service either.

I have demanded a cancellation of my subscription twice now and intch.org is still charging me. I don’t know what else to do. Please advise if there are any other options for me.

It is just a scam. Simple as that. Please, stay away and do net get in to this trap.

My experience with these platforms was mixed. In the beginning, everything seemed to work exactly as expected. The registration process was straightforward, the interface was easy to navigate, and deposits were credited quickly. These positive first impressions gave me confidence that I was dealing with a reliable service.

That confidence began to fade when I tried to withdraw my funds. What initially appeared to be a simple process became increasingly complicated due to additional verification requests and procedural requirements that were not clearly communicated beforehand. As a result, the withdrawal process became far more stressful and time-consuming than anticipated.

I encountered repeated delays while attempting to access my funds, and obtaining clear information about the status of my requests proved difficult. The lack of detailed communication made it challenging to understand what steps were necessary to move the process forward.

Customer support did not provide the level of assistance I had hoped for. Although responses were eventually received, they often lacked the clarity and direction needed to resolve the situation efficiently. This prolonged the issue and added to the overall frustration.

With no satisfactory resolution through the platform’s standard channels, I sought assistance from international ᴏxғᴏɪ. Their support helped me better understand the situation and navigate the process, ultimately allowing me to receive my funds.

Looking back, this experience reinforced the importance of thoroughly researching a platform before committing significant funds. Fast deposits and a polished interface can create a positive impression, but transparency, effective communication, and reliable withdrawal procedures are equally important factors to consider.

I also appreciate Trustpilot for providing a place where users can share their experiences and contribute valuable information that may help others make informed decisions.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform.

In my experience, there were very few legitimate or viable job opportunities available, despite the service being marketed as a job-search platform.

I had to submit a ticket to support requesting to cancel my subscription. Then I get an email response that says "manage subscription". This allows you to cancel your subscription- hopefully as just did it and we'll see if it actually cancels. No where on their site is a way to manage/cancel your subscription- they hid it on purpose.

Based on my experience, I would advise people to avoid this like the plague, it's a SCAM for sure!

i simply only looked at the app via a Facebook ad.
now i have been charged twice 39.99 usd a month.

there is no way to contact these people either.

AVOID if possible!

also some conman from their fake company will reply below with no doubt a textbook answer and no option to stop payment other then cancel my card.

This platform/service is a big scam. There are no viable jobs posted and they charged me 39.99 euro without permission for a one month membership. I even contacted their support team and they were very impersonal and inflexible. It looks like a big fraudulent business.

Useless app. Got scammed to download it and try it out. Paid for the year being optimistic it would be worth it. Never used it, did not like it and deleted the app. Just got charged out of the blue for a renewal that I had no idea was even happening. Emailed support immediately to be told too bad, there's nothing they can do. That's an absolute scam and lie. They don't notify people about an upcoming renewal so you have no idea it's coming and can't cancel it.

Obliged to pay even before first login. Difficult to cancel subscription. Disaster

What a scam. Taking advantage of people - they "subscribed" me without notification and began chagring me monthly! Fraudulent and despicable. Stay far far away.
