I used this service to run a college…

I used this service to run a college class and although it was my first time and InsynQ's first time doing this, they worked very hard to make sure the experience was excellent and were there for my students when we had issues.

Bottom line...their customer and technical service was fabulous.

Hosting company with integrity.

Insynq is a technology delivery company....and if you didn't know it, technology breaks. Name one company that hasn't had some trouble with technology. Insynq is a knowledgeable and capable organization delivering some pretty involved applications to its users. We chose Insynq a year ago b/c we were tired of dealing with local computer challenges. During this time we have had 1 hiccup which is nothing compared to the challenges one would face having to do this on their own. The best part, when they make a mistake, they own it. No sugar coating, no spin, just facts with a commitment to resolve the issue and they did. Honestly, impressed with the performance of the system, reliability and honesty.

100% dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction

Our company has been with Insynq now for about a year with no complications. Recently we had a two-day outage but Mr. Luchansky contacted me personally and kept me updated on what was being done to get our business up and going again. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone researching a cloud-based solution for the QuickBooks software.

Unreliable

Unreliable, outages for days. Before that, I had issues getting support. I waited on hold for a good 90 minutes to be told to enter a support ticket online. Then, I arranged a time that an engineer from Insynq, a third party company that integrates with Insynq, and myself could sit down and sort out the tech issues. After all that, I get a call 15 minutes past the meeting time from someone who insists I scheduled a new user orientation. In the end I got to speak with the engineer, but they wasted a lot of my time and a lot of the other company's time. Now we are sitting here unable to bill or collect for days. I'm really turned off by the lack of customer service and unreliability of this company.

No service for 2 days business days in…

No service for 2 days business days in a row. No one to speak with in tech support. Sat on hold for 1 full hour to get status with customer support only to be told "I dunno know". Wow!
If you're thinking of using Insynq, I'd run the other direction.

Down 1 day last week and now down all…

Down 1 day last week and now down all day today (a Monday!!!). Little-to-no communication from Insynq. They say a small amount of customers are being affected, but based on the wait time for customer service and lack of response from their Chat support feature, my guess the outage is more widespread than they would like to make it seem.

Their outage message states they will be in contact with the affected customers, but they have not. I am not one to normally blame a company for a small outage, but when they make up lies and don't communicate with their customers, we have a problem. They won't communicate with their customers, but they have no problem releasing a blog post advertisement via their social media accounts. This company needs to get their act together!

No effort by staff to explain
No effort to update when it will be running
They were answering live chat in the morning and by mid day had run for cover and went to auto answer on chat and phone lines.
Will eat the loss and move elsewhere ASAP

We do apologize that your cloud was affected but I looked into your account and it was not because of our outage, it was because your account is delinquent and has not been paid for a month. Seeing that you are not the admin on the account, the admin will have to reach out to our member success team to have the bill paid and then turned back on.

happy so far

Fairly new to Insynq but satisfied so far. Sales and tech support are great. our apps work as they did on our local server, but we have access from any location with internet access. So much better than Saas software in my opinion.

I am beyond pleased at the performance …

I am beyond pleased at the performance of the hosting services, AND, as important, the level of service and care we have received during the on-boarding process

From the initial contact with Becky, thru to the instillation of several products, and a few contacts with tech support (shout out to Kevin and a great woman whose name escapes me) all of of our bookkeepers agree that the process has been flawless

We moved from a well known competitor and I am only bummed I waited so long.

One good experience to trump the bad ones.

I usually do not have the greatest experience with insynq support, but today one employee changed it all. Chuck helped me for about thirty minutes and in two phone calls resolve my login issue. Turns out im not the sharpest tool in the shed and had my numlock on. After looking deeply into the issue trying to find what was wrong, when Chuck and I realized it was just the numlock and it was user error he just simply laughed with me. I was so embarrassed but he allowed me to just laugh at myself. Thank you for helping me fix my issue chuck!

Great customer service!!

Great customer service!!! We use the InsynQ portal to connect to our QuickBooks accountant. Issues with this system are rare, but on the 3 occasions I have had to contact tech support, they have been outstanding. Issues resolved immediately, US customer support, friendly and capable employees. Rare.

My company just moved everything from …

My company just moved everything from our local server over to Insynq about 2 weeks ago. Our experience with them has been nothing but GREAT! Their customer service representatives are always very polite and solve any issues we have right away. Their tech support takes care of almost everything in setting up your server with all the software you use. Their servers are very easy to use. Nothing but a positive experience so far.

Adobe vs. Insynq

The company I work for recently bought Adobe products, but the products weren't playing nice with Insynq. I opened multiple tickets and talked to multiple people. I called the help line, again, and Jen answered the phone. She worked with me and Adobe for almost three hours. Jen did what no one else had been able to do, she got our Adobe products verified and running. Jen kept me in the loop as to what was happening and after almost three hours, she finished a project that had taken 6 days to complete.
