Me and my wife had planned for a…

Me and my wife had planned for a vacation but unfortunately we couldn't make it, so we had to cancel it because of the medical emergency. Ive contacted the insurte support and they were helpful with all the steps and cancellation and refund process.

So far so good

So far so good. I searched high and low to find coverage for my French visa. The price was 10% of what others were asking. I have my fingers crossed as I head for the private company that handles French visas. They need to share their information more widely. (I really don't care about the insurance. I just want the documentation to make the French happy.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience. The website is friendly, the policy complies with all Visa requirements (D7 Portugal), and the form is very simple and short. On top of that, you get your quote in seconds, pay, and download the policy. It does not get better than that.

Avoid insurte

Long response times when in a emergency and reimbursement is very slow. I have waited for more than 2 months and was told it hadnt been process as of 2 days ago

Insurte "Great customer service"

I had an excellent experience with Insurte. The customer support team was quick, clear, and very helpful throughout the entire process. My cancellation and refund were handled smoothly and professionally, with fast responses and clear communication at every step.
