For years I have struggled with my weight and have tried many diets, programs and exercise regimes. I heard Dr. Bikman interviewed on a podcast and it felt like someone was adding the lyrics to the music that has been playing throughout my life. Dr. Bikman's science-based approach caught my attention and his focus on long term health vs illness hit home. Don't get me wrong, I want to lose some weight (and I have), but more importantly, I want to maintain my activity. I want to travel, explore and play. I want my physical self to be an asset in reaching my goals...not a liability.
The team at Insulin IQ has been exceedingly responsive and the coaches very helpful in applying the science to daily living and creating meaningful lifestyle habits to support long-term health goals.

Never having been part of an online class, I didn't know what to expect. Would it be a support group, educational, motivational ??? My experience with Insulin IQ has been all of that, and much MUCH more.
Once I realized I was insulin resistant, joining Insulin IQ was a natural next step and has provided the direction I needed to get on and stay on the path towards insulin sensitive. Each interaction I've had with everyone at Insulin IQ has been positive. Whether through coaching, watching the Live Streams, or as a premium member to be part of the 'Hang Out's online group, much is learned where so many answers are provided.
The personalities of those running Insulin IQ are positive, friendly, eager to help, and don't seem to worry at all about being professional--they surpass that because they care and have assisted me in my determination to make this improved 'lifestyle' permanent. Prior to joining Insulin IQ, I had somewhat stalled on my goals, and the weekly coaching provided me a forum to be accountable and provide the needed help I was missing.
Insulin IQ continues to teach/coach/educate me to be HEALTHY and allows the consequences of that lifestyle become evidence that their methods work--Insulin IQ tells me not to focus on my weight, yet it's hard to ignore that losing 60+ pounds (with hopefully another 30 to go) is an obvious consequence of their methods.

Thanks to the Insulin IQ Team from Switzerland

I've lost over 40 lbs in 5 months after reading Dr Bikman's book and joining insulin IQ. So thankful for the wakeup call to a science-based approach to improving whole-body health, sustainable lifestyle, and awesome support and training. As a very busy business owner, HLTH Code meals have helped make the insulin sensitivity journey much easier.

I have been following Insulin IQ for 6 months and I feel great! I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that I could eat so many foods that are normally considered 'taboo' on a diet. I also learned so much by going through the videos and finding out the science behind it all. It is much easier to stick to this lifestyle knowing the 'why'. My carb and sugar cravings are gone and I feel like this is a great start to a healthier life for me. Thank You Insulin IQ!

Insulin IQ coaches did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining insulin and how it works in the body to control sugar in your blood. They have great smart ideas that help you understand how lifestyle decisions affect both insulin and blood sugar.
They are a great resource for asking health related questions and getting answers.
I highly recommend them.

I have been so impressed with the clear way in which Dr. Bikman explains the relationship between insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Their platform is super intuitive and content is excellent. My daughter has PCOS and she has become a coaching client at Insulin IQ and has seen tremendous improvement in her numbers. Her coach, and the Insulin IQ team are super responsive. A great experience.

Insulin IQ is the gift you give to yourself when you realize you want to say goodbye to worsening health and hello to rapid improvement. And need some help getting there. The folks at Insulin IQ happen to be the nicest bunch of people, but the point is they really know their stuff and totally committed to helping people achieve their health goals. Dr. Ben Bikman is a brilliant lecturer who lets us all in on his latest research week by week, as leading expert in metabolic disorders and author of the bestseller Why We Get Sick. Then there’s the team of coaches who are all terrific at what they do, and also as knowledgeable as you could find anywhere in facilitating the journey from Insulin Resistant to Insulin Sensitive. Insulin IQ was what I was looking for but didn’t know until I found it. Dealing with metabolic dysfunction is not all that difficult and yet it has really helped to have a coach and made it a lot more enjoyable. That's been my experience.

As the name of this company suggests, the focus of Insulin IQ is teaching clients who are on the path to reclaim their health through insulin control. Insulin IQ doesn't sell you a package of learning materials for self-study, Insulin IQ takes training and coaching seriously with a hands-on approach to client-support. The reaction time to email or the chat window on the website is lightening quick. One usually hears from them within a few minutes.
The services available to premium members are fantastic. The weekly live videos supply a plethora of information. Whether it's the "Metabolic Classroom", led by renowned research scientist and professor, Dr. Bikman, or the coach-led sessions on various topics, moderated by Jack Hadley, clients have weekly opportunities to increase their knowledge about health, metabolism, and other topics regarding the influence of food, food addiction, insulin control, or intuitive eating.
Recently, Insulin IQ added zoom hangouts to their portfolio. Premium members can sign on and ask questions of the coaches or co-founders of Insulin IQ, but also of each other. All-in-all, if you suffer from what Dr. Bikman calls the "plague of prosperity", food-related ailments and illnesses - or if you want to prevent the onset of them - the service of Insulin IQ is for you!
As the saying goes: Give a hungry man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.
Insulin IQ is teaching clients how to catch the fish of health.

InsulinIQ is the model of what personal health coaching and learning should be with a wealth of knowledge to share, great customer service, and a positive attitude from the staff. Their goal is to help you live your best life. If you already have your health goals in mind, they follow your lead and support you and guide you to keep you on track. But if you don’t know what your next steps are they will help you figure that out too! I appreciate the kindness I have been shown throughout my experience with them. I also appreciate the point of view that they stand behind which is about being healthy and feeling good and not just using a number on the scale as the measure of success. Their program is designed to teach you how to make good choices. There is a variety of ways to get help and personalize your plan to what you need individually. Questions to them are always welcome and you can ask them in a variety of ways with a quick reply as well. After only a few months of working with the coaches, I am no longer insulin resistant and have better metabolic health. I am so glad I found them, and I can’t wait for my friends to learn from them as well.

After the big “C” I began a low carb lifestyle. Two years I stumbled along, experimenting with a myriad of opposing, unqualified opinions. Then I discovered Insulin IQ. Not only is Ben Bikman (metabolic researcher) available at least weekly for advice and scientific updates, but there is an entire qualified staff who share their expertise, and offer Individual coaching if desired. One of my favorite perks is the hangout session where Insulin IQ clients from all over the world do a Zoom chat with a couple of coaches and sometimes Ben. Hearing the experiences of others is a great support and I learn new things. I feel I have new friends. Insulin IQ is not trying to sell supplements or contracts, they just want me to be healthy. They are a Godsend and have taken the stress out the equation in my healthy lifestyle changes the past year. And my improved health benefits go well beyond weight management. Thank you Insulin IQ.

I love Insulin IQ. Their wealth of knowledge and experience is impressive but the best part is how accessible and friendly everyone there is, right from Dr. Bikman, through all the coaches right to their tech staff. As a moderator, Jack is so easy to reach and talk to. The IIQ Hangouts even further that feeling of inclusiveness and accessibility. The weekly podcasts and Metabolic Classrooms are a must for me. I feel that if you're going to do something you need to find out as much about it as possible because as the saying goes...."When you know better, you do better".
