Sales person lovely. Once initial proposal signed, it was incredibly difficult to get a callback (particularly when wanting to upgrade our system prior to install). When would phone, admin would always answer with “hi XXX” which would be a name not ours, and apologise that our number had been saved as someone else’s with a tirade of excuses as to why…. Particularly when it continued to happen despite them saying they’ve fixed it. When phoning, would never say it was Instyle solar- would leave caller to say “hello” as though it’s been cut off. The product itself was great, as was the sale itself; it’s after sales and admin that needs significant improvement. Very hard to get a call back.

I've been trying to contact this company for over 3 days, via phone calls and emails. I've left my name and phone number, as the phone calls don't get answered and goes to "leave a message and we'll get back to you". I'm waiting!!!

The company has in house contractors, professional introduction team, personal contact throughout the installation and after sales follow up. Highly recommended. Well priced.

I am really happy with the installer Aiden , his team was really thoughtful and professional. Initially, I thought that I would not be able to go ahead with the installation, but after consulting with his team, all problems were solved, thank you for your hard work , Aiden and your team.

InStyle solar were very easy to deal from Bill at the meet greet and figures stage through to Aiden and his team on the ground. Thanks - all just installed today - so look forward to some savings from the sun.

too keen to get you to sign up. not enough information given even after already having a good knowledge of solar applications and installation. no actual knowledge of installation requirements, they were just happy to install on a roof that would not tolerate any more weight, yet that point was never in any way considered or acknowledged. Then i find that in the small print that they are not to know (not their problem) and it falls on the home owner.
I wasnt told that it was a form of credit through a finance company that i have no idea about as well as this effecting my credit rating and that effecting my ability to get credit in the future.
Had installers turn up without authorisation that didnt speak a word of english and just pointed at the roof and at the car in driveway which they said by pointing to move. IT HAD JUST STARTED TO RAIN LIGHTLY, so that would have meant that water entered and would have been sitting on top of my gyprock ceiling. When told to leave they had to be shooed away by pointing up the driveway and the wave of a wrist. Then for 2 hours they were out the front in their utes and van blocking our driveway whilst what seemed like arguements whilst on their phones.
It was emailed, texted and verbally said that installation was to be confirmed prior to the emails that im still recieving asking me to sign up for the system with a battery.
my opinion and i could be wrong, is that the tradies are not even qualified, have no insurance and are not the people i want to have installing anything, especially when the best translation they can do is use their phone and still not understand the words go away, leave. No.

Great Service from start to finish. Sales person Bill was great. Friendly Admin team and Installers Aidan, Eric, Henry and Jacob were happy, friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything. Well done Team. Excellent Service all round. Recommend 100%

Very shonky operators....DO NOT USE.

They way way over promised the benefits of a battery. Lied to me . And then suggested that I could fix by paying them heaps more. SO BAD. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY OR PROMISE.

When asked to explain they just said that their sales guy did the numbers wrong. Offered NO solution and couldn't understand what i was annoyed.

Absolutely the best customer service with a quick install and friendly tradies. Manu (Manpreet) was straight up, did not leave without making sure we had no questions, didn’t take us long (he didn’t even get home after the initial meeting, we were amazed with the deal and didn’t even sleep in it like we had planned to!) to sign the dotted line. Got a call and the installers Chris and his boy had made a date and time to come through. Spent the whole day making sure the panels were exactly the way we wanted them, set it all up, went through all the rigmarole and paperwork… jmhisbane even had a little sausage sizzle
for them in the 35degree heat they had to work through! They advised our energy provider of the work they done and sent through the PTC and CCEW before we could even get the phone number. So happy we made the switch. And they beat all our previous quotes! ✅

Had the system over a year and endless problems. Paying $30000 in finance for a system that doesn’t work. Call the number ask for call back no one bothers. Even emailed the CEO and heard nothing.

The communication about my install was perfect, from a sales, coordination and delivery perspective I was well informed, my queries were answered and I was reassured at every step. The installers arrived early, set up and commenced work exactly at the scheduled time. They conducted themselves professionally, the install quality is impeccable and they trained my comprehensively in the use and maintenance of my new system. Couldn't be happier.

Highly Recommended company for solar installs !!! swift, kind and caring about all the aspects of there jobs and workmanship. The installers were polite and respectful, they took pride in there work. cannot fault this company or there employees.

Knowledgeable staff. Answered all our queries efficiently, fast to respond when we had questions. Quick to install after initial consultation.

WONDERFUL NO PRESSURE EXPERIENCE.
After researching several solar companies and feeling overwhelmed by all the offers and lingo, we came across Toben from InStyle solar.
He offered after hours appointments which meant my partner and I were both able to make a decision on our investment together. (He also accommodated an interruptive 2 year old young lady during this process with no judgement)
Being that Toben has been in the roofing industry prior to his employment with InStyle his advice and experience with in the field shown thru, making us feel at ease.
Then the install Thomas the Sparky was wonderful accommodating my migraine and offering contact at a suitable time.
There was NO PRESSURE to purchase only support and advice which is why we choose InStyle in the end, also purchased them for our rental property we are that happy.
We have no hesitation recommending this company, or it staff.

Thanks Jake Reece for the great experience so far. Jake gave me prompt attention (even after hours) and goes above and beyond offering to help with off peak timer switches and roof tile sourcing if needed.

I am hopeful that the rest of the process will be as smooth and stress free also.

What I was sold to what I have is absolute BS. I'm not saving anything! The sales pitch that you won't get a bill? Rubbish! I'm yet to see it. Have had this system installed for a year and a half now and I'm still getting bills with the solar making zero difference. And now I have an additional $8000 bill to pay over the next 5 years for the system itself. Wow! Thanks a lot! I feel I was taken advantage of with a pushy salesman who hounded me for weeks then wouldn't leave until a signed up. And nothing he promised has been right or true.

Amazing service. I contacted Hugo and my solar installation appointment and payment plan was settled by the very next day, totally hassle free. Sam also did a great job in quick and professional installation of the whole system. They even replaced my old wire strands type fuses with a nice miniature circuit breaker switchboard for free. Unbelievable. Many thanks. Highly recommend them.
