Instylesandals sent the wrong color and size!
Multiple attempts to contact them for resolution went unanswered

Would never use again- stay away!

Ordered tennis shoes. Website says buffalo New York but shoes were shipped from china. Did not even remotely look like the ones ordered. Emailed them 4 times only received the automated response. Never any information on how to return or refund. Submitted a charge back on my card and they responsed to my bank saying I was the one at fault. Making me look bad. Bank sided with them and I had to reopen the claim and submit my emails as proof. I got my money back finally

I ordered mesh converse style shoe size 12 for very cheap. I should've known better. The shoes came and we're size 9-ish. Really heavy and not great quality.

Took 12 days to get my slippers. They sent the wrong ones. Slippers not slides as was the photo and description. Sent them and email, 2 actually and no response yet (aside from the auto generated email that says that they will respond in 3 days) and it has been 12 days. Do not order anything from these crooks

This website is fake. They have no way to return your product or contact them.

This company is not from New York. It is from China. That’s where they sent it from and they are not legit. They are fake sandals. They will not get back with me. I want to return them and there is no way to return them. You can email them and they will not email you back. There is no phone number nothing their address is New York, but it came from China and it took one month to get

Cancelled my order immediately after I discovered this business has fake knock off brands!!
Their website clearly explains what to do for cancellations, I emailed with my reason instead of receiving a response regarding my request to stop and cancel my email response was a confirmation thank you for your purchase and your order has been shipped!!! I’m not getting any email response I’m only being ignored!

Christmas order tracking removed 2 days before Christmas. No contact from Company. Requested refund. Do not do business with them

I ordered shoes from Comfy Moccasin which is the same company. (My credit card was billed with Instyle Sandals). They sent me shoes that do NOT look like what they have on their website - wrong design, wrong color. We exchanged email for over a week but they kept sending me forms requesting the same info - description of the problem, and photos - all of which I sent repeatedly. They told me that when they don't have what the website shows, they send what they have in stock! That's not what I ordered! They refused to let me return them, despite "Easy Returns" being promoted. Do not do business with these people!

Ordered duck sandals and received a different style and the wrong size. They wouldn't reply to email so we opened a dispute with the credit card. They actually replied to the credit card with a bunch of lies saying we never contacted them and they sent us the correct product.

Order boots, the size delivered was 2 sizes smaller than ordered. They will not respond to return requests at all. So while they may claim returns are free, good luck making one happen.
