I used to order from here all the time until they changed their billing practices. They now double charge your card for one order. This makes no sense. I guess use their service of you like being out extra money while they double charge your card.

This is what will happen when you order from this company: they won’t have the comic book in stock. They will offer you another comic book to replace that one. But then they will not have that one in stock either. When you request a refund they will claim they can’t because there is a glitch with their system and request you do a chargeback in the hopes that (I suspect) either 1– the chargeback clock will have run out or 2– that you will forget. Fortunately neither of those things have happened or will ever happen. Do not buy from this business it’s a MASSIVE waste of time.

I have ordered from instocktrades.com twice over the past two years. Both times, the books I ordered - very common and popular books - were not "in stock," not labeled as "out of stock," and I had to email customer service a week after ordering to discover this. Each order has taken 2+ weeks to arrive. It's just poor service and no accountability. I won't be ordering from them again.

When things are actually in stock I've had no problems. Packed well, shipped within a week and arrived as expected.

The problem is there's no way to tell what is in stock or not. When I unknowingly order something that's backordered my order has taken up to a month to get to me. I don't like waiting that long when I can just get the same item a lot faster somewhere else. If they would show on their website what's in stock they could start living up to their name.

Very poor and unhelpful customer service. I was very dissatisfied after years of using them and their other sites. That have all become much less helpful through the years.
