I buy my Broughies and Sweet Freedom sauces off them, and I have never been dissapointed. The Broughies always arrive intact, and fresh, and the selection of sweet freedom sauces is better, and better priced than than in the shops. I will continue to shop Instead of Bread for all my low calorie treat need.
