Is it possible to give zero stars? I feel like I'm being too generous even scoring them 1. Been trying to contact them about a payment issue for over 2 months now...

No response to any of my 6 messages. Very VERY poor. Massively gone downhill - use a different provider.

Avoid this company
been saying the same things over and over for 3 weeks.
said would transfer me to technical team, saying they made a new update asking me to wait 3hours and reconnect with the app and rechecked

just keep repeating these for 3 weeks while I asked for help to fix the app but didn't work so I asked for refund but they refused to and repeat the same solution

It's 10/10 wasted and a fight to get the money back

Where do I even begin...

Instazood was a good service years ago, thats also the last time I used their service. Since I started a new ecommerce company I needed an Instagram service again and ofc chose Instazood - what resulted in a bad decision.

First of all, they changed their whole system. If you don't have an Android phone you HAVE TO download a program to your computer to get the service running. This is an information that should be spread fat and thick on their homepage but its barely visible.

Anyways, I've downloaded a program and was happy to finally start. From there my experience only went downwards. Even after setting up everything correctly, the service doesn't do its job. As advertised everything should run automatically but I have to restart the program every 2 minutes because the service stops it tasks. Some important functions aren't working at all.

I asked several times the support chat for solutions and all I got was some copy and paste answers. Then they told me I have to wait 3 full days to get the service running smooth ---> MAYBE <---.

That's when I asked the support to refund my money because it can't be that I book a service and it doesn't work at all. Of course the support isn't answering my refund requests and now I'm sitting on this situation where I have to run after my money.

TLDR: A few years back I fully could recommend Instazood but now don't put your money in this service. It's 10/10 wasted and a fight to get the money back.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, even thinking to report them.
the whole thing seems to be a scam. they ask you to download an app that seems not to exist nor the link on the website will work.

No one replies

Used it multiple times, and everything was great, until its not anymore. Tried to reuse it recently, the app doesn't work with my phone and its system and I have been trying to ask the agent to refund my money, but she is not replying and I can even provide a name if needed. Horrible customer service, all I wanted is to refund what's left of this useless service.

false advertising - nightmare

i had read into what they offered as a company and was sold on the idea. the first requirement is to purchse their credits. From here you should be able to access what you paid for... but no.

they require you to download sperate systems that dont work with my computer. naturally i asked for my money back/ a refund. they said sure but first you have to download this program and do 1 million steps becuase "we dont control the funding"

so let me get this straight, you advertise something you cant deliver, then you tell me you can issue a refund unless i download a separate program and request my funds from another company? Warning bells are ringing.

another great example of a dodgy company
NB - still dont have my money back.

Used to work wonderfully

Used to work wonderfully, but it no longer does. Possibly on the Social Bridge side but support will pull you through a constant loop asking you to repeat the same steps over and over without any real resolution. I'd stay away from these folks for now. Too bad, because it did garner plenty of new followers for about 6 months.

Insanely bad service and non-functional

Tried this out since many were recommending it - payed 2$ up front for a 5-day trial. I've spent approx 2 hours compiling Instagram ID's, so I could create a Target with a .csv file. After contacting support, I got an ''answer'' the first time around, which didn't answer my question at all, and just seemed as a bot that sent out automated standard answers, which did not fit my question. Then I tried asking a new question, in regards to creating a target, but it not creating it or running it, however after 2 hours of waiting for an answer on live support, I don't think I'll get an answer. You get no instructions on how to use the app, and there are no actual answers on their FAQ. Needless to say, the payment process was quick, but everything else sucks - obviously they're just taking money and leaving their customers to it.

EDIT: Yes, support has answered me back saying ''This feature does not work''. Maybe the service worked once, but it certainly does not now.
