Great experience with the company I have learn soo much and it has giving me the ability to make my own schedule. I love it.

Nice people consistent work aligns with my schedule and the description at work are pretty straightforward

Well you have to be aware of the seasons that come on along but they do as much as they can with inside their system in order to support you along with the shift captains. Just be sure to make your performance rating as high as possible and be as friendly as courteous as you can also be well rested when you go and this app will open up worlds for you that you have never could have been a part of.

Instawork would’ve gotten five stars but they keep sending me gigs out of town. I keep saying only in Philadelphia pa. I love Instawork it keeps me cooking and taking care of my daughter and I. Thank you Instawork

As a SAHM Instawork has been a wonderful experience for me. I’m able to pick and choose my schedule and jobs that I’m interested in. I love the flexibility it offers, and the pay for most jobs are fair. Depending on what area you live in there may not be a lot of job options, but you usually can always find something. If you are between jobs or just need a part time gig Instawork is the perfect choice.

I 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for work it easy and convenient to book shifts and their customer support is amazing and very helpful when you’re having issues

Great Company to work at the only thing I would change is that Platinum pros had more perks

I like using Instawork as a fill in to days off from my normal job. My challenge with them is that I get a lot of pop ups for positions that do not fit my style and needs. When I see jobs that I want to book popup, I can’t find them through the site unless I click on the text alerts. I also had several emergency medical situations pop up in the couple of years and I could not fulfill committed shifts, but even with documentation to prove my case, Instawork refused to lift temporary suspension and I lost status.

Ease of use is great, but support not so much.

The app is good for work when they actually send you shifts. The system of communication is delayed and can use improvement. The app compared to other gig apps is not the best. When you apply for the shift access they are selective and I have yet (after 2-3 years) to get approved for specific shifts. Also, being a Bronze/Silver worker does not garuntee a job. The instapay is beneficial if you are in need. To me the app is ok.

The jobs are straight forward and the app is very easy to use.

I enjoyed the overall concept of Instawork. Last summer in 2024, Instawork was presented to me like a saving grace when I was unemployed. Thankfully, I was able to get an income during my time of need and experience different types of work that I typically wouldn't pursue, such as warehouse or brand ambassador work.

The downside of Instawork was ALL of the technical difficulties I had with the app, which was often a headache😟 the app can definitely use some fine tuning so it's more user-friendly.

If there was an option, I'd give it a 3.5 star!

I really needed work and Instawork found exactly what I was looking for.
The tasks were interesting and well planned out with complete communication to the teams what was expected and how to achieve those expectations was well communicated.

I love the concept of picking up shifts to fill out my schedule, but I rarely see bartending shifts come up on instawork. When they have and I am fast enough to book the shift, it’s great. Hoping that the sad demise of Qwick will send businesses to instawork, I could really use the extra work again.
