If I could give -5 stars I would. I purchased this instashit because I was a sucker. I ordered the tint on 11/28/24 and it showed up on 12/27/24. Also, purchased a warranty. The tint is absolutely garbage!!! It arrived with scratches and bubbles before I even tried to put it on. When you finally wedged it in place on your windows and rolled them out the tint crumples, which basically makes it useless to reapply. I have sent emails after emails trying to get in touch with someone with no luck. The customer service email address is contact@instatints with a guy name Dylan reed but the sign off at the bottom of the only email I received was from someone name Yair. That is very suspicious to me. I am going to dispute the whole order with my credit card company at this point. Please stay away from this scam company!!!

Took forever to ship at least 3-4weeks. I was leaving in 3 weeks so emailed them no response emailed again when I was leaving ant told them to cancel order as I wouldn’t be there. They finally shipped them and so I had to pay $25 to ship where I was at then because they were sitting out in snow. When I finally got them and opened the box they never shipped the storage bag I ordered and paid for!! I emailed again no answer. Totally not worth doing business with them as customer service is nonexistent!!!!!! I’m sure I’m just out of luck on getting my super expensive tint that I can’t store and can’t use most of the time to last more than 1 use. Not pleased

HORRIBLE. They will flat out lie to you about the status of the order in hopes of postponing until a refund is no longer viable. They take WEEKS to even start your order. Customer service is a joke. I bit… hook, line, and sinker. If only their customer service was as effective as their advertising, this company would easily be Fortune 500. Unfortunately, I can’t even say that their customer service is subpar because to this point, it’s been NONEXISTENT. I originally placed and paid in full for my order on November 16, 2024. Today is December, 20, 2024, and to date I have sent a minimum of 2 emails to the only email address found on their website, “contactATinstatints.com”, and also tried the “Chat” feature on their website, which states “Leave us a message and we’ll email you when we’re back online.” I have attempted the “Chat” feature, including screenshots of original order confirmation email, additional follow-up/update requests emails, including my order #, shipping address, email address, and cell phone number.
May as well be sending my correspondence to blinddeafanddumbATthegraveyard.com because it’s like I’m trying to communicate with the dead.

Honor your warranty
Honor your warranty. If a consumer is not happy with it refund them their money. The product came in larger than it should have been and would not fit. Not designed for full frame windows. Sent numerous pictures and video showing that they where too large. Not to mention they had blemish's on them.

I purchased these tints because of the Risk Free 30 day money back guarantee. I wanted to verify there are legit. But as figured it never is.
My package took over 3+ weeks to deliver and I didn’t get a tracking number until the very end.
When I did get the package, the first thing I did was record the unboxing. Which all big companies state you should do. When doing so, I noticed I didn’t get the quarter panels I ordered and the tints came damaged. Keep in mind the tints are still in the sheet and the tape and spray haven’t been touched.
So I text support. Dylan Reed takes over 20 hours every time to respond and denied my return because I “opened the box”. How am I supposed to verify??
Thus, this is just a company trying to waste your time and take your money. They can’t even honor their word.

There are different types of tints you can buy and I have avoided getting any others thus far mainly because it's just hard to apply them. This was the most cost-effective solution for my needs and I don't need to tint my windows permanently either. I think it's great.

We took a car trip to Mexico and the tints helped reducing the heat inside, can't say about anything else to be honest as it has only been a month or so but it was definitely worth the price.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with InstaTint and would not recommend their services to anyone. I placed an order for my car in the beginning of October but immediately emailed them—within 10 minutes—to cancel. Despite the minimal time elapsed, they refused to cancel, claiming it was “too late.”
I decided to wait for an update and contacted them in the middle of November. At that point, they told me my order was delayed, with no clear timeline or resolution. Weeks passed with no updates or communication from the company. Finally, in December, I requested a chargeback through my credit card company, which was the only thing that prompted them to issue a refund.
This company demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from InstaTint.

Never received my product I paid for
Ordered drivers side and passenger side tints from them for my 2017 ford fusion at the end of August 2024 emailed their customer service 4 weeks later when I hadn’t received them yet and was told my order would be shipped soon but still hadn’t received it, emailed them again end of November asking for the product or a refund and they said basically the same thing and to this day I have not received the product that I paid 139$ for.
