My son ordered tint for his car, then looked at reviews which he should’ve done first, I know. He emailed the company 30 minutes later and said he wanted to cancel the order. Someone responded right away and said yes we can cancel it because it’s sent to production yet, you should receive your refund within five days. The next day someone emailed and said no it’s too late to cancel your order, it’s already in production. I reached out to them To explain to this other individual that we already received an email stating the order is canceled and we can expect a refund, he then asked me for my order number I provided it and then they never responded to us again. They took the money and it’s been a month and we have yet to receive the product to try and at least return it. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back, but luckily, I had all the communication from the start and how I tried to reach out to them numerous times. We finally our money back… thankfully! And be leery of the return policy, it says even if the tint is cut incorrectly, you have to return it within 30 days. We never even received it to try and return it.

Blocks the sun as needed, but not too much. The vehicle isn't completely dark but it's exactly how one would like. Five stars well-earned!!

There is no phone number for customer service and no one responds to emails. I tried to cancel my order the same day i ordered it, after looking into reviews, I and received no response. I emailed several more times with no response. Surprisingly, the product arrived after 4 weeks, but it was damaged. I emailed about returning the item and I'm still waiting 24 hours later for a response. Not feeling confident that I will ever be refunded.

Even when the summer is over, I just wanted to say that these tints helped to reduce heating inside the car. I am happy that I got them, really helps.

You don't need any extra tools to install these tints. I am no expert in anything that involves DIY but it came out nice.

Literally a child could install these tints, it's so easy. At the same time, it's hard for children to pull them off because you can do that only by picking the edges... random hand movement against the glass/tints won't make a difference.

The price was good and they do are a perfect fit but the order was late almost for 48 hours so that was a bummer.

Like most other REAL reviews, we placed our order 6 weeks ago, no product, no refund, sent over 10+ contact emails, no response. Will report to my bank as fraud and hopefully get a refund that way. And report to BBB.

Got them cheaper than our local supplier sells here. They offer installation too but it's very easy to apply these tints yourself... nothing more than a cashgrab for a service you don't need :)

Product is terrible. Don't waste your money like I did.

Scam site. Any positive comments here is fake! You can clearly search the site and find reddits or other review platforms and they’ll tell you it’s all fake and a scam! I tried to order and bank wouldn’t even clear the transaction because it’s a scam site! Don’t waste your time and money. Just save up and go get some real tint done by a pro!

The tints stick well. The previous ones that I used came off pretty quickly and were terrible with heat.. they just peeled off the glass. However, this is a good quality product.

Ordered window tint product on February 22nd 2024. Before ordering I was given an
expectation of 2-3 weeks to my doorstep, and my satisfaction was guaranteed. Every few
weeks, every month, up until now, I have been in contact with them trying to get an
update for my order. On May 8th since they could not provide any reasonable
explanation or timeframe of when I would receive my product, I asked for a refund. On
July 26th, I was told the refund would be processed as soon as possible. I have to this
day not received a refund nor the product. Nor have I received any reasonable
explanation.

My car looks way better than it did before. The tints work well and I think we got them for a reasonable price too. Very happy with the service!

Horrible company, horrible experience, horrible so called customer service all the way around. Ordered on August 8th absolutely nothing from them at all since besides bogus generic emails stating sorry for the delay my order will ship soon, when i have clearly requested a refund multiple times since Aug 12th all to get an from Dylan that my order will ship. Reached out on IG no help. Reached out to a phone number that the BBB had listed and clearly was not the correct number however this company is good at scamming people because the number i called knew exactly who i was looking for and several others are as well. I will be disputing the charge with my bank tomorrow and logging a complaint with the BBB. Someone needs to shut this guy down!!!

I ordered in first week of May. After a month of emailing asking for an update I received a reply that they were overwhelmed with orders and sorry for the delay. Then after not receiving for another month they assured me my order would be shipping soon. Then one more month passed and I was again assured I would receive my order soon. So I contacted my credit card and initiated a charge back.

I ordered full package and it was missing tints for rear passenger windows. It was also missing kit for installation.
Fitment for wrong as well. I had to use scissors to get the sizes right.
And it took months for it to get delivered.

If I could give no stars I would this company is useless they advertised a rigid tint and you get a flimsy tint like normal tint and it took 8 weeks to arrive then when I email them about a refund they completely ignore me
