No problems with the order, Good delivery time All as it should be.

After seeing a Nikon D810 at an extremely good price brand new, I thought I’d give it a go. The delivery was extremely fast, only taking about 4 days. Once the camera got here, I checked the actuations of the camera, overall condition and it is definitely brand new! Amazing for the price

I have to say I was very wary when deciding whether to order with this, unknown to me, internet company but in view of the cost saving, I decided to take the plunge, especially since payment was through Paypal with the back up of their payment protection. Actually, all went very smoothly, item arrived a few days later after clear tracking details. All in the box was exactly as described and I registered the camera and lens on Nikon site with no problems. The camera and lens have been working wonderfully. I would be happy to order again. Top marks and more than happy to recommend.

Received my New camera very quickly. So far so good. It's exactly as I'd hoped for. Excellent camera. Box seal was open and there was no paper guarantee inside. Instashoot assure me this is nothing to worry about.

They say they are 'a UK based company with Live chat agents ready to discuss'. So I bought through them! BUT the reality is these guys might have an address in London but they operate from and ship from Hong Kong. You cant live chat unless Hong Kong hours. You can't call as based in Hong Kong. I have received my lens but is it genuine?! Had I known from the start, I would have preferred to pay another £20 and get it from a trusted UK company than have my doubts so now pretty gutted! So be aware!!!

I just bought a Nikon D850 from instashot. It arrived 3 days from placing the order, shipped by UPS which provided full tracking details. Product brand new in box. Significant saving from MRP - no extras to pay from the advertised price. Superb!

The service from instashot was faultless, but I always worry about online purchasing due to the delivery aspect which is usually laughable at best, however instashot chose UPS as their delivery partner and I have to say they were faultless too, even to the point of phoning me at the delivery point and time....... so full marks, an unreserved recommendation all round. Outstanding value and service. I had some major concerns when ordering as the price seemed too good to be true but the camera (D850) was delivered bang on time. The courier was UPS so you can track the package from dispatch all the way to your delivery. I will definitely be buying from them again!
