They used to be good, now they are almost hopeless. I booked an appointment for some scripts and sent photos of what was needed, previous documents only to be told ‘your booking has been declined and we advise you to see your GP in person’. Most medication is no longer listed on the website like it was when they first started operating. Just do an actual Telehealth appointment for free with a bulk billing GP, don’t waste your time with this company

The lady I had was amazing and super friendly. She made me feel comfortable and gave me good advice on how to handle my concerns as well as where to go further for them.

I was getting a certificate for my DAUGHTER!!!
I was getting a medical certificate for my daughter and put in all her details for the patient details and then mine for my personal details at checkout and on the actual certificate it put in my name and birth date meaning that I just wasted $20 on a certificate my daughter cannot even use which she needs for school as she is very much so sick and cannot attend. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The wrong medication name was used on the script, and it took the pharmacist time to fix it in the system with the Australian equivalent.
And despite having a healthcare card, I was charged full price for the medication because something about authority was not on the script. This would probably have been automatic if the doctor was located within Australia.
I also ticked to call no later than 10 pm and I had two missed calls at 12:50 am.
Pathology Report Experience
The service provided a very reasonable and immediate solution for obtaining full blood results. The results were professional and delivered via email just two days after the test.
This streamlined process successfully eliminated the significant delays associated with traditional medical channels. It bypassed a two-to-three week wait for a doctor's appointment to get a referral, as well as an additional one-to-two weeks to receive and discuss the results, saving both time and money.

Have a very bad flu virus. My throat felt like it was ripping, coughing etc. dr said can’t have antibiotics until I’ve been ill for 7 to 10 days. Smash the water. I said I couldn’t swallow. She prescribed me a gargle.
Was quite cold and rude but I was too sick to argue. When my husband went to the chemist it’s rarely used , not on PB S and $160 per bottle. She could have

I requested a simple blood test through an Telehealth appointment.
My appointment was cancelled and I was told I should go for a face to face. This test is for a dietician. They couldn’t advise why they wouldn’t be able to action it, I had also put in the Telehealth appointment for $49 to discuss this request. No easy answers or way to contact the company, and they take upfront payment with refunds taking days after declining. Why are GP’s declining an appointment for a pathology request? Unsure… me too.
Extra charges! Don’t recommend!
They charge you for the pathology form and then a couple weeks later you get a bill for the pathology test. Close to $100 for a blood test when I could get one for free bulk billed through my GP. What a joke.
Stupid doctor
The doctor wasn't the brightest spark. I told him I had taken a particular medication for my condition and the condition worsened significantly. He said he would prescribe me the same medication again. I said it might work if you give me a higher dose. He mumbled something about it being standard (which is bullshit. I've been prescribed a higher dose many times before) and hung up. So he gave me a prescription for the exact same treatment which I just told him didn't work. Are these doctors actually qualified to give medical treatment?

I used Instant Scripts for the first time as l couldn’t get to my doctor and l was very pleased with the results. Will use again. Highly recommend if you don’t won’t to go and wait at a doctors surgery. Worth the $49 dollar call. Doctor was great and communicated well!
