I didn't get any help from them at all

I didn't get any help from them at all, when a code I bought from them already was redeemed. I chatted with EA per request from Instant gaming, no help, I chatted with both these parties back and forth, it took hours. Instant gaming was never satisfied with the answers I go from EA. So no game, no money, I am extremely disappointed and will never buy from Instant gaming again. (I have bought codes from them before and no problem, but a company really show you who the are when there is a problem.)

They decline your order without reason

They decline your order without giving any reason. That is bad. They just say a "risk" has been detected. After asking, no answer was given. I wanted to look into the problem but the support was robotic and not helpful. Just copy and paste the same answer over and over again. Do not engage with this website. They just farm your ID cards.

Very grateful to this page, I had problems with a game because of another company, they were not to blame and they still solved it for me. They did much more for me than the rest. I don't know how to thank you for everything you have done.

Gave me refund when i bought the wrong product

This site is just magical. Their customer service is by far the best one compared to other similar sites like Eneba. These people actually care for their customers and every payment runs so smoothly. Sites like Eneba are so slow and so hard to get around and my switch to instantgaming has been nothing but positive. Recently i bought the correct game but for the wrong platform, and within 5 minutes i had gotten a refund. This is the site people, do not use anything else. Definitely coming back.

Edit: If you check my review of Eneba for example, you will see that they got mad at my bad review and became hostile. Even more proof

Successful steam key purchased in 2020.

I had bought a redeemable steam key for "Mount & Blade: Bannerlord" back when it released in early 2020. Bought the game for 34EUR when steam was selling it for around 60EUR. I received the valid game key within an hour after the purchase. It was all good.

Note: If you are making your first purchase, they may request personal verification details. This could be anything, I gave them a pic of my student ID.

Great website. Didn't have a problem once.

I've been using this Website for 4 Years now and bought most of my games there. I can't say anything about the Support because I didn't need it once. I got all codes I paid for and all of them worked. I didn't pay with credit card so no idea if that's also working fine. But keep in mind that there are not really much PS4 or PS5 Games.

My first time using the website for a PSN wallet top up.
(I paid £43 for a £50 card)
I Paid via PayPal. As soon as the transaction was complete, I was directed back to the website where my code was ready and waiting.
No fuss whatsoever. Will use again.

1 to 3 Star - They Eventually Admitted they were wrong

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.
I purchased Playstation Plus 12 Months subscription.
Come to redeem it on PS4 account and it said it was already redeemed.
Contacted them Sent them photo's of the valid code and the error I got WS-45479-9.
They said I had to contact Sony myself to find out when the code was purchased, not them me ? I had to do the work for them.
So I did I contacted Sony and they came back saying that I was redeemed on the 02/01/2021 21:31:17 CET.
I purchased it from Instant-Gaming on 03/01/2021 22:07 a WHOLE day after Sony said the code had been redeemed.

I sent Instant-Gaming every photo they requested and screenshot of my email to Sony and the reply they game me saying when had been redeemed.

So I asked for a replacement code as obviously they had supplied me a used code.

GUESS WHAT THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT!

Quote "Your account has been suspended for making purchases in our store due to fraudulent activity"

"Sorry you must seriously be joking, So I made the purchase from your website and you supplied me a code that had already been used the day before ?"

They replied" we are not joking"

*UPDATE 09/02/21: After a wall of silence from instant gaming and me persistently asking where is there proof and how they come to that conclusion. After post up on various websites not to use them they reached out and contacted me via my ticket I raise and said they will investigate further and found that they were wrong and apologised for the customer service I had received and supplied me a new code which worked.
So to a 3 star from a 1 star as i got what I paid for but shill shouldn't have been treated so badly and being accused of being a fraud & a thief.
So if you use them be prepared that potentially you could hit issues like I did.

Thiefs and Frauds, do not buy from this website, they are criminals who will steal your data and in the process take your details such as passport or driving license. In fact, even after being verified, they will still con you and not send you any code for something that you have already paid for, instead they will take your money also!

A very shady website run by crooks.

Scammed by Instant Gaming! Beware!!

I got pretty much scammed by Ubisoft and Instant Gaming. I started a support ticket with them (Ubisoft) because I didn't have access to my Far cry 3 Deluxe Edition's exclusive content (and I still don't). I then contacted Instant Gaming whose refused to help me and were extremely rude to me, saying that they wouldn't refund me! I wasn't even asking for a refund, I was asking for help because if I bought the content I have the right to use it nonetheless!! However it went on like this for like 3 weeks and then Ubisoft pretty much told me that my key had been revoked because I bought it from an unauthorized reseller (Instant Gaming). I presented proof of the legitimacy of the purchase and everything but neither Instant Gaming nor them wanted to helped me. I now have the game on my library but I can't play the Deluxe content. This is beyond stupid and after this I'm not sure if I'll ever buy anything from neither Ubisoft or Instant Gaming.

Pro tip: If you ever find yourselves in a situation like this, just lie! Telling the truth leads you to this, apparently: A long term costumer scammed by both of them!
