I'm kicking myself for not reading the reviews first!

This is the first time I went to get "help" from an online site. At least I bargained the price down to half what they wanted, but it was still a complete and utter waste.

Run! Run! Run!

Please ensure you don't go anywhere near this company. They are liars and scammers. I requested some work (assessments) and gave them timelines. The first piece of work was late, by over a day, and was utter garbage. I wouldn't even throw it in the bin. Due to my timeline, we agreed to drop one job and get a refund. After a few days, they refused to give me my refund. For every job, I detailed specifically what was required and with every job, I received generic garbage work which was not specific to my requirements. I then had to write it up again, spoon-feeding them.
I would absolutely recommend staying away from this company. They are scammers, liars and cheaters. They are unprofessional and unethical.

I used these guys on the 29th of July. I needed them to help me with an assessment of IT. The assessment was relatively simple for anyone who knew about the IT field (just to convert a simple table into 1NF, 2NF, and 3NF).

I explained to them that I was on a “tight deadline” and needed the assessment back in 14 hours (this was the 29th of July at around 18:00). They told me that the job could be done and gave me a quote of USD 31.00. Though the price was a bit steep, I needed help, and after checking their website and seeing that they offer a “100% money-back guarantee,” I decided to hire their services.

By 22:00, on the same day, my task was done, and I received an email notifying me of it. Next day when I presented the work to my teacher, she was extremely disappointed. The answer was COMPLETELY WRONG. As an act of kindness, she gave me 3 hours to do some research and present it to her again. I really had to put an extraordinary amount of effort into gaining the knowledge necessary and answer the question correctly.

Anyhow, that same day I decided to politely ask for a refund after all the answer provided to me by the company was totally useless. GUESS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND? Adam (the online agent on their website) told me as if it was nothing, “Sorry, we can’t give you a refund, but we can give you 30% off on the next task that you hire us to complete”. EXCUSE??? CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

If you did a crappy job in the first place, now I’m asking for a refund (which is guaranteed according to the “100% money-back guarantee” on your website), and you are telling me that I’m not going to get my refund WHAT ON EARTH MAKES YOU THINK THAT I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER AGAIN?

Anyhow, I sent them an email (which became at least 30 emails) explaining my situation, and their gave me the hardest time ever, going around explain 101 different things why I wasn’t entitled to the refund. They were saying, “but Sir, you didn’t ask for any reviews, that’s why the job wasn’t perfect!” EXCUSE, I told you that I was on a tight deadline. There was no time for asking for reviews.

They still haven’t refunded my money, but I have requested a chargeback to my payment porcessor(by the way, if you are going through the same situation, don’t even waste time with them, go immediately to your payment processor, which can be your bank or Paypal and request a chargeback.)

THIS REALLY HURTS THEIR CREDIT SCORE. That’s a MUST if you’re going through the same situation.

Do you know what is sad about this whole thing? I could have been a loyal customer of them. If they had refunded my money, I’d have definitely got back to them once I needed help another time. Instead of a loyal customer, their poor and totally unprofessional attitude has gained them an extremely dissatisfied customer who will make sure to spread my horrible experience with the world.

Thinking about hiring this company, brother? STOP!!! DON’T MAKE THIS MISTAKE. RUN AWAY FROM THEM. You can find better and more trustworthy companies. Just do your due diligence.

I hope my review can help fellows who are in the same situation as me. And if you haven’t hired them yet, do yourself a favour and find something better. You deserve it.

They did an awful job. I asked for some help with my financial part of my business report, and they did it all wrong. I lost my money really disappointed.

I wish I could give stars in minus! These people say they are going to get your work done from PhD level writers but I think the assignment is written by a beginner. I had to redo the whole bloody assignment because the answers were so basic and did not reflect critical thinking. They don't even know how to provide a reference list. Even 4-5 answers were incorrect!! If I didn't check my assignment before submission I would have failed.

Its a scam and fraud. The guys dont know what they are doing. They charge you and then handover assignment written by amateurs. I could hardly understand any of their written english. In my case, they could not even understand the question. They randomly picked a question, a wrong topic and started writing it. Lucky I asked a draft everyday and could figure out what they were doing otherwise would end up getting wrong assignment. A complete waste of time and money. I wish I can give them negative stars.

They are a fraud company. Before placing order, they have said it will be done by a native English speaking PHD student.

But the quality of assignment is so poor and full of grammatical error, you can easily say it is done by some high school graduate!

Moreover they are refusing to refund. SCAMM WORST EVER

First of all, i would like to thanks them. As i got top grades in assignments, it is possible only via their services and their skilled team. Also, their customer services is so good as they provide help whenever i need it.

I glad about their services as they have served what I desired from them. Always get good customer response from them.

I usually don't post reviews but I almost forgot my essay. Initially, I don't feel right to hire someone to write my essay. But since I had no option left so I landed on their facebook page. However, the essay was not perfect when I downloaded but the only thing which I liked about them is their customer service. I texted them midnight and they agreed to do corrections. I was so worried initially that I couldn't sleep that night. But when I received my essay, I felt so satisfied. Thank you so much, mate!

Thanks to the writer who prepared my document with such perfection. Also, I would appreciate him for writing my project paper in so simple language. I could understood the topic very well. Really a big thanks to him!

Currently I am studying electronics from Engineering Pavilion in Perth. Last year, I had taken help in my presentation and project work. They deliver my project on time but they missed to provide presentations with other document. I was in trouble that I had to pay extra amount for my presentation. But when I asked their customer support that they have not provided me with all the documents. They immediately transferred my call to required authority and he understand my concern and within a day, they provided me my presentation. Because of supportive customer support I succeed to passed my semester.

you ruined my graduation grades. You guys are just cheaters and nothing more than that.......

not at all professional- writers themselves need English classes, worse than a 2nd grader could write. waste of time and money
