Outstanding service, clear communications, instant transformation of our lives
Fed up with the increasingly slow and intermittent connection to the internet, and the failure of BT Openresch and our provider to address the problem, I contacted Starlink Install Pros on Tuesday 26 August.
By 1500 on Tuesday 2 September we were connected to Starlink - and our lives have been transformed.
Excellent service, clear and easily understood communications and instant access to the internet.
What a difference!!!

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish - easy to contact, speedy responses, easy to understand information. Installation within a week, engineer was super helpful and efficient, got everything set up in a couple of hours, no hassles at all. Starlink speeds are fantastic and so reliable by comparison with previous provider, yes it’s more expensive but worth every penny.

From 7MB to 350MB download speeds!
Very happy with the process from start to finish.
The team are extremely professional and easily contactable to answer any questions and queries.
The install engineers did a great job, the installation was neat and professional. I was talked through the whole setup process and experienced no problems at all.
I’ve gone from having 7MB internet speeds to over 350MB.
I highly recommend for anyone looking for Starlink installations.

I recently had StarlinkPro’s carry out our Starlink installation. I cannot stress how good the service was. Communication was excellent and the installation was smooth and stress free. The Engineer had to make adjustments to the cable routing to completely hide the cable. He did this without fuss and left a fantastic job.
I’ve since had an issue with the Starlink network. I contacted StarlinkPro’s on a Sunday morning and less than 45mins later they responded and resolved the issue! I’d STRONGLY recommend them. 10/10!
