1. Emails sent on Day 1 at 13.39 for TV delivery on Day 2.
2. I emailed them same day around 4 PM no one will be at home on Day 2.
3. They ignored the email and whastapp message me on Day 2 to deliver TV. When I responsed I'm not home, they said they will send it back and can only deliver next week. I said that is fine and thanks.
4. Yet next day 8.30 or so they called and message on Whatsapp. As I was travelling I could not accept call. I anyways do not track that whatsapp number actively.
5. I informed next day I can take delivery on weekend and next week. They anyways had informed that they will delivery next week.
6. At this stage, he suggested he will sent it back. I asked him - where will he return , to own warehouse or Samsung and he stopped to respond. In a cold tone he said thanks for the message.
I have been buying products from Samsung and bought 3 OLEDs in last few years. First time this has happened.
This is called abuse of position. I tried to call landline of installer.ie and no one picked up phone or responded to email.
Matter is now reported to Samsung CEO Desk as well.
