Completely Unprofessional

1. Emails sent on Day 1 at 13.39 for TV delivery on Day 2.

2. I emailed them same day around 4 PM no one will be at home on Day 2.

3. They ignored the email and whastapp message me on Day 2 to deliver TV. When I responsed I'm not home, they said they will send it back and can only deliver next week. I said that is fine and thanks.

4. Yet next day 8.30 or so they called and message on Whatsapp. As I was travelling I could not accept call. I anyways do not track that whatsapp number actively.

5. I informed next day I can take delivery on weekend and next week. They anyways had informed that they will delivery next week.

6. At this stage, he suggested he will sent it back. I asked him - where will he return , to own warehouse or Samsung and he stopped to respond. In a cold tone he said thanks for the message.

I have been buying products from Samsung and bought 3 OLEDs in last few years. First time this has happened.

This is called abuse of position. I tried to call landline of installer.ie and no one picked up phone or responded to email.

Matter is now reported to Samsung CEO Desk as well.

I recently used installer.ie for installation of a tv and soundbar

I recently used installer.ie for installation of a 55" tv and soundbar, honestly couldn't be happier. Very professional and did an amazing job, all cables neatly concealed. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a professional service. I have also recomended them to numerous customers of mine as a Harvey Norman Floor Manager, to which iv always had great feedback.

Can’t recommend these guys enough

Can’t recommend these guys enough!
Bought tv from Harvey norman and paid for gold service installation. They were out in 2 days, and mounted my new tv on the wall and hid all cables. Such a tidy neat job. Mark and Philip were a joy to deal with. I will be contacting them again for my next venture into setting up a home audio system.

Top notch service

I recently used Installer.ie for my TV mounting and setup, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The technicians were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. They mounted the TV perfectly, concealed the cables neatly, and even helped me set up my new TV. Highly recommend!

Delighted with service

I had planned the installation for a Saturday as I wanted to be there to assist as it was a large panel and make sure it was completed the way I requested. Due to work schedule I could not be there but was assured everything would be perfect and it was. I was delighted when I got home to see the family enjoying the new TV which was fitted and connected to all devices to perfection. They even left a number for me to call if I was unhappy. Thank you guys great service. The Pollard family in Naas.

A+ installation

Excellent service we went into Harvey Norman Drogheda and got speaking to a lad called Nathan he sold us our TV and he offered us our installation through Phil.

From start to finish Phil was excellent picked our tv up for us and the installation was seemless highly recommended.

Totally unprofessional

Totally unprofessional. Installed TV + mount. When they were about to leave I noticed (just by looking at TV) that it is not levelled properly. I asked them to come back and check it. One member of their team said it looks fine to him. I had to pull out my long professional spirit level to prove he is wrong. He was still saying it is ok. I had to use another Service provider to come and fix it. Luckily it was just a matter of using long screwdriver with mounting leveling screws (looks like the Installer.ie team was not even aware such a thing exists). Would not recommend.

Absolute shocking job

Absolute shocking job. Totally unprofessional.
Destroyed my chimney breast, and had to pay an extra 90 euros for the privilege!!
Contacted the guy who is supposed to be in charge, and asked why the extra amount.
I was told it was for the new cable.
I could write an essay on how bad this so-called "company" is, but I couldn't be bothered.
Beware of this company, you will not be happy with the result.
P.S. Total cost of this botched job was 399 euros.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. They are just greedy to rip you off. I am suprised they got good reviews on google in past. I also went with google reviews and regret it now. Their installer promised me that he will be back to hide my hdmi cable and after few weeks refused to respond. Now, installer office is asking me to pay 89 euro for the visit which was promised for free as a part of first job.

Not an all in service

What they say they can do and what they actually deliver are two different things. I’m not sure how they have all those 5 star reviews because this was not a professional, punctual or responsive service.
I fully expect a gaslighting response of “he said she said” undermining my experience.

But the bottom line is they were prepared to leave my walls in absolute rag order until I complained in writing with photographs.
They advertise an all service and this cannot with all reasonableness be described as that.

(2 stars instead of 0 as installer is a nice man. Services are just not as advertised on website)

We are truly sorry you had a bad experience as a result we will no longer carry out any hiding of cables in the wall

if the customer is not present in the property to fully understand the complexity of cutting open walls and hiding 4 cables in it

As we doing are very best to fill the walls with filler afterwords they can need a fine fill and then painting and this is usaly carried out and explain to the customer while they are there on the job so they can see exactly what we are going to do and I need damage that may have to be caused to the wall to hide the cables

and this is very hard to explain over the phone when there’s no one on site and would never offer to paint the wall as the filler takes 24hrs to go fully off.

Again thank you for your constructive criticism we will change our procedures on your advice and truly wish you all the best in the future

Ps we did contact you on Receipt of the email but you did not leave any voicemails on the office landline unfortunately
