Great customer service and very client-oriented

Great customer service and very client-oriented. There was a small mix-up with my pickup point, so I had to collect the boiler from another location that was harder to access and quite far to walk, especially since the boiler weighed around 10 kg.

After I contacted Installatiematerialenexpres, they offered to pick it up themselves and deliver it to my home. Really appreciated their quick and caring solution - 5 out of 5.
