AVOID INSPIRING TEACHING LTD !
They are rude and many of them are complete amateurs.
Example of a recriuiter who is an amateur. Clueless boy.
His name is Jay.
He booked me for a trial shift for TA in October 2025. I had to be at the school at 8:20 am. Jay called me at 7:20 am asking where am I .
I said: 5 minutes away from the school, driving. He said:
I did not book you for any trial shift it is all your mistake. Jesus!
Then I had to forward him back 4 messages on WhatsApp in orther to proof he booked me in. FINALLY, he said: Yeah, I booked you in but it is your fault, you confused me... Jesus!
Then anothe recruiter Mr. Menaheyman..He called me and he said he should have booked me in. He said: You are all talk.Prove yourself.
Wow. I emailed and informed the Manager, Mr Callum but he did not even bother to reply to my email.
Worst Recruiters EVER! AVOID THEM !

Agent get all to ur info and reference then stop replying , time waister

Ask for all the information and documents and reference for nothing. Waisted time so much including interview time. They are not able to find trial shift or any supply position at all. Other agents actually get some jobs , even no experience. You need to find agent who has good relationship with schools. This agent didn’t even reply for 1-2 weeks easily for simple questions. If they contacted you, be careful. Maybe agents get commission for increasing registration. Not serious about getting you jobs so much . Or maybe depends on agents within company , but anyways few other agents actually got me job while this company delay in response so ,,,,

Loved every minute!

I have volunteered with Inspiring Teachers 4 times and loved every minute of it. They are amazing to work with. My last experience with them was in Uganda in January 2023. We piloted a new school leaders programme assisting school leaders to understand a new version of the Peer Coaching Programme. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it! I will definitely be doing an Inspiring Teachers Fellowship again.

Hi John, we take the safety and wellbeing of all teachers involved in our programs very seriously. The single Fellowship that took place in 2021 followed all COVID protocols and prioritised the safety of our participants and the wider community at all times.

LRTT Nepal

The LRTT experience is truly life changing. Not only is being with other passionate people inspiring but you become surrounded by culture and the support you and other fellows deliver to the in-country participating is exceptionally rewarding. Life long friends and creating a support system across the world is worth the opportunity.

I think LRTT is a great organisation

I think LRTT is a great organisation. I had a fantastic time in Laos last year; really enjoyed making a difference and working with a great group of like-minded and dedicated teachers. On a separate note the organisation was smooth and easy to follow and the leaders were great.

Amazing Life Changing Experience

It was a life changing opportunity. I was surrounded by incredibly intelligent educators who only sought to improve and contribute to the betterment of their fellow educators on the other side of the world. My in-country fellow teachers were amazing and they were a true inspiration to us all.

It was a great privilege to team up with LRTT and travel outside my comfort zone to go learn and impact other teaching professionals in my industry. I learned so much from my fellowship and I cannot wait to immerse myself in another one of their impactful experiences, this time in Latin America. I wish every teacher could get to participate and relate. Go LRTT!

Once in a lifetime!

I have participated in two LRTT fellowships and both have really shown me just how much of an impact LRTT has in different contexts. My fellows and I formed lasting, positive relationships with the teachers we worked with. They thoroughly engaged with the courses we offered, which were tailed to meet their needs after classroom observations. I took back with me life long experiences that have helped me to reflect on and reshape my own teaching practice. As well as the incredible experiences with the teachers and in schools, LRTT fellowships offer top quality excursions which really allow you to immerse yourself in the local culture and try new activities. I would fully recommend to any teacher to experience an LRTT fellowship. It's a once in a life opportunity for both personal and professional development.

LRTT makes a lasting educational impact

LRTT is truly creating and cultivating change in multiple limited resource locations. Their commitment to impacting education through teacher focussed training is just incredible. It’s also great to see an organisation offering a sustainable training model, by improving the training of local teachers, you really start a wave of change. This experience also gave me a chance to develop my skills, travel with inspiring people and genuinely make a difference. I can’t wait to be involved again.

One world, One education

I have always wanted to visit another country and learn what the education system was like in that country. Mind you, I grew up as a “military brat” and had the opportunity to travel along with my father from a young age. So, traveling somewhere far away was not out of the question for me. You can imagine my excitement when I discovered a great opportunity to share my passion for teaching and use my leadership skills by participating in a summer fellowship where I could work with teachers that have limited resources. There were ten countries to choose from, and I chose India. Before I knew it, I arrived at the office of Mantra 4 Change with a group of dedicated teachers who, like me, shared the same vision to help under-resourced teachers. Limited Resources Teacher Training, LRTT, is an organization that has done tremendous work to help schools get the training they need to have both effective teachers and student growth in learning. I personally believe it is crucial that we not only look to help our own students, but how we can help other teachers and students from around the globe as well.
While in India, I had the amazing opportunity to become a “lead teacher” by being able to visit four different classrooms and observe their teachers. What I learned was, these dedicated teachers were scarcely different from you and me. In fact, there was a common drive between both cultures of teachers to focus on what is best for students. The way they were willing to open their classrooms to other educators not only in our own schools, but to schools around the world to bring them in on this collaboration was impressive. Having the opportunity to help ensure that we created a culture of sharing within their community to learn from others around the world, as well as within our own community was empowering. Something that resonated with me was how the most innovative environments outside of school can turn into the “wisdom of the room” and bring in different voices to continuously learn and grow.
Equally impressive was the warm reception we received from the students and staff. There were no barriers, just ordinary people wanting to collaborate and learn from each other. Sitting down and observing each teacher we were to work with was nothing short of amazing. You could see the passion to teach and the kindness to help students grow in learning. Each teacher had a different goal that needed to be reached. We sat together and discussed the strengths and weaknesses that could be addressed. Within days, I was pleased how each teacher implemented at least one suggestion in the classroom. It was wonderful. There were times we worked together with the students and that was impactful too. What I know is this; these teachers will be the leaders to pass on what they have learned to both their students and the next generation of teachers. As a whole school environment, they will continue to grow as they receive guidance from training with Mantra. I also believe if I were to come back to Wisdom, I would see success and continued growth in effective teaching because of the teachers willing to make a difference. Kindness, patience, warmth, and respect are the universal language that builds the trust. My most important takeaway from this experience is the discovery that we have more similarities than differences.

The impact of LRTT

This experience really changed how I look at teaching. It gave me the opportunity to speak and share experiences with like minded individuals and really changed my complete view on education. The opportunity this gave me was invaluable. I really enjoyed travelling, sharing memories and also becoming a better teacher during the whole time. The training was a real learning experience and gave me a real boost in confidence. I would recommend any teacher to get involved with LRTT. Allowing to not only improve your own practise but also help to impact improvement in your chosen country.

A great way to grow and connect

LRTT is a unique way to connect with educators around the world, learn more about the global education landscape, and grow as an educator. It reinvigorates my passion for teaching, reaffirms my confidence in the classroom, and fills my toolbox of strategies while challenging me to think in new ways. As well, it provides opportunities to explore new cultures and landscapes. It is a fulfilling adventure, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to all teachers who strive to grow and connect.
