Put in for a claim on home insurance and then we're looking for ways to get out of the settlement. Said they would follow up and get back to me. Received nothing but silence.
I cannot recommend them to anyone.

We’ve investigated your case and we can confirm that the claim wasn’t covered under your policy due to the premises being unoccupied. Unfortunately, when properties are unoccupied its is normal for insurers to restrict certain covers which does limit what claims can be made. Very friendly & helpful staff, Inspire have been looking after my business insurance for a few years now & its piece of mind to know that if I had any problems/claims that they would be dealt with professionally.
Its not all about getting cheap or cheaper insurance products its about being happy with what you have purchased.
