Loss of 3 Days Experience
I paid for a 3 day Genesis experience. Due to a loss of internet connection the first evening, I have been locked out of participating the next 2 days. I canceled many appointments to create this time off and I cannot access the event. I contacted support 3 ways and have not heard back.

I can understand how frustrating it must have been to set aside that time and then run into internet issues, especially after planning your schedule around it.
Genesis is designed as a live, immersive experience where each session builds on the previous one. Because of that structure, missing key exercises and multiple hours of the event makes it difficult to continue in a way that would support both your experience and the integrity of the program.
Our team did reach out multiple times on the day of the event to support you while you were experiencing those technical challenges and to stay connected with you.
Given the amount of content that was missed, the next best step was to have you reschedule so you can attend the program in full and receive the experience as it’s designed.
To support you, we waived the transfer fee and honored your seat for a future Genesis event. This gives you the opportunity to return at a time when you’re able to fully participate without interruption.
While we would have loved for you to complete the event as planned, continuing under those circumstances would not have provided the experience you signed up for.
If you’d like help getting rebooked into an upcoming class, our team is here to support you.
We do appreciate the effort you made to show up and wish you the best moving forward.

FRUSTRATING
Honestly I loved the 1st day, but the 2nd day 1st 2 exercises of the day just didn't resonate with me so I decided to opt out. Just not for me at this time. The program was for the 5,6,&7th of March this year and I requested a refund on the 6th, 9th, 10th and the 16th using the method they instructed me to (email) and as of today 20th of March still no refund. I'll continue to email inspirean and will be updating my review as needed.

We understand that you attended Day 1 and part of Day 2 of the program and ultimately felt it was not the right fit for you at this time. We also acknowledge your outreach to our team and appreciate your patience while your request was under review.
Most refund requests that meet our guarantee guidelines are processed within three to seven business days. Based on the timeline, your complaint was submitted four days after your initial request, during which time our team had already confirmed your request was under review.
To clarify, the “No Questions Asked” refund referenced in our advertising is part of our “I’ll Pay You to Breakthrough” guarantee. This applies to participants who complete through Day 2 of the experience and submit their post-event review. The program is intentionally designed so that each day builds on the next, with key exercises and outcomes taking place during Day 2.
As communicated, participants who complete through Day 2, fully engage in the process, and still feel the program is not a fit are eligible for a full refund.
In your case, while you attended Day 1 and part of Day 2, you exited prior to completing the Day 2 experience and therefore did not meet the criteria required to qualify for the guarantee.
Our team made multiple attempts to support your return so you could complete the experience and qualify, though we understand you chose not to continue. We also offered alternative options, including attending a future event or a partial refund.
That said, after further review and as a courtesy to bring this matter to resolution, a full refund has now been processed.
We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

I went to Genesis with the goals of creating movement in my life
I went to Genesis with the goals of creating movement in my life and that did happen in more ways than I imagined at Genesis. I was able to feel and realize my internalized, programmed and imprinted reality that wasn’t my very own true self. Instead I’ve been living a paradigm of all that others outside of me have projected onto and imprinted into me. I have been aware of the outcomes of this and haven’t felt where all that has been inside of me. I thought it was who I was but at the Genesis experience I really felt the real truth and experienced enough of my true self to feel the very real glimmers of hope to continue on this new journey of living in my true self’s intended life. Truly and sincerely thank you to everyone that created and was a part of the Genesis experience.

Without a doubt, the most eye opening & aligning course I have ever done in my 27 years of life. This was an experience I will never forget due the life realisations it created for me. The facilitator and team made it the most open, safe space for vulnerability and for that I am so grateful, I would do this all over again!

Genesis Course Review
I took the Genesis course from Inspirean. I expected to get some practical tools to help me overcome my personal blocks stopping me from achieving my goals. What I got instead was awareness around the root cause of these blocks. I now understand this awareness is the first step towards overcoming them. The facilitator Courtland guided our group of nearly 200 participants with honesty, joy, integrity, and power in a way that made the experience energizing even though I took this course overnight 11pm to 9am. There were very few times I felt tired while engaged in the experience. Although at the end I felt like Inspirean could have provided more guidance without selling their next program, I am still excited to continue working with them and building on what I uncovered during this course. I felt like so many times a mirror was held up for me to see my life from a new perspective. I am extremely grateful for all of the awareness this gave me.
